I like the room setup and comfortable bed. The breakfast was great! The staff was phenomenal! Especially at the front desk. Beautiful place by sight! I loved the safety precautions of using key to enter and the doors open automatically, which was great.

I didn't like that it said no parking fee, but when I got there, it was $6 a day. I booked way back in December before it was changed to a fee being charged Daily for parking. I stayed for 6 days, so I feel I'm owed that cost back. I really hated that the entire place rink of dog urine! The place smells of strong urine throughout the place inside and outside. Seriously, invest in some odor ban from (Sams club) and utilize it daily around the property. I truly would not stay there in the hot summer 😫, because it would be worse. And to be honest, I actually loved the place. This was the only negatives. Other than that, it would have been perfect!

The room was super comfortable. The bed soft and perfect to rest. The bathroom was clean with nice warm water. The kitchen was absolutely helpful as we stayed more than a couple of days. They leave for you paper towels, dish soap, dishes, utensils, every basic thing you could need in case you decide to cook something. We had our children staying with us and it was fantastic to have them in their own room separte but still in the same suite. We had a nice hot breakfast every morning. Everything was clean and satisfactory. The gentleman at the front desk was very attentive and made himself sure to explain everything we needed to know. The location is perfect and in a very quiet area.

We were on ground floor and one of those nights some guests were outside by their cars talking loudly for a long time, the noise was a little to much for me to be able to fall sleep until they finally left. Of course, this has everything to do with the guests and not the hotel, however as a heads-up, if you are given a room by the parking lot and ground level, there's a chance of noises.

Atmosphere. Privacy. Everyone minds their biz.

Rooms are cleaned once in 7 days and they had to be chased to do so. Tissue rolls, kitchen towels and sops etc too was made once in 7 days. Crockery were minimal and had to call for it. No kettle, but there was coffee maker. No consideration for tea lovers. And there was tea in the room dropped off by housekeeping.

Breakfast was fresh, well stocked and the dining room was comfortable and appealing. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Room layout was perfect for our needs. Grounds/landscaping was appealing and well-kept.

Couch in living room was uncomfortable. It seemed like the sofa pull-out would not go all the way back in, so the cushions would not lay flat. Not a big deal, but the only thing I can say that was less than perfect.

When we walked in, the guy who greeted us (Aaron) was very very kind and helpful. We only had a 5hr drive but were pretty tired when we got there, and he made our check in great. The Breakfast was fantastic and the guy they had cooking it was great.. it had EVERYTHING, and the coffee was fantastic. The rooms were massive, and very clean. It was very very very close to an amazing mall.. It was quiet . We didn't have any issues with neighbors being noisy, or people screwing around in the hallway..

Bed was a little too firm for our liking, that's about it

The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable. There is plenty of closet and storage so you can put everything away. The front desk manager is wonderful, and makes it a point to remember you and your family. The outside courtyard, pool and sport court are really lovely, my kids loved it!

The room lighting is dim and the furniture dark, so it is an overall dark atmosphere. The couch is very uncomfortable to sit on. In the two bedroom unit there is no desk to work at, so you have to work at the counter height small table where you also eat.

The hotel is clean, updated and well taken care of. The staff is exceptional. The free breakfast is real, fresh, hot food. The pool, outside sitting area and bbq are well maintained and inviting. There is a kitchen in the rooms with plates, cups and flatware as well as cooking tools like pots, pans and cutting board. There is a gym, little sundry store and laundry room with very good machines. The AC is central which gives each area of the room an equal temperature. With everything this hotel has to offer there is nothing that is more appreciated than the courtesy, kindness and professionalism of the staff.

There was nothing I didn't like. My stay was the best.

The front desk people were nice. My suite was roomy and comfortable. Bathroom was clean and stocked with towels.

The kitchen was clean but under stocked as far as dishes, pans, utensils, etc. I also would’ve appreciated some dish soap or dish washer liquid. The hallways and elevator reeked of pot smoke. I’m just glad it didn’t waft into my room.

Everything! Room was really clean, water pressure in shower was great, everything worked, it was nice and quiet as I needed plenty of rest, and the vibe of a mini apartment really did it for me🥰 Oh- and you're literally close to all shopping, dining, restaurants, and the location is awesome.

*Limited cable channels- but they do offer a select few of streaming apps that you can log into if you have accounts already (Netflix, Cackle) *Ice machine makes alot of noise through the night

breakfast was good and the second room worked well as I was able to work remotely.

the roll in shower worked pretty well for my handicapped wife but she could not reach soap or shampoo. the handicapped parking was always being used by cars or pickups with no stickers. Since we had to pay for parking that should have been monitored.
