The University Inn at Emory

The location and free parking. The amenities were not many, but the ones that are were great. The continental breakfast variety was good. The area was very clean, the coffee was hot, and there was lots of cream, sugar, etc. The windows in the sitting room caught my attention because they were so clean, all of them. So sitting drinking coffee in the area was very nice. The pool was clean but closed. The pool is outside, and it rained daily. The staff was ready to help in any capacity and did so with a pleasant smile and, very quickly. Towels clean, not so many free toiletries, but everything needed was there. Refrigerator, microwave, ice bucket, cups , coffee pot, and all the things needed to make coffee. Bring your bottle water. Vending machines are available in a couple of places. Grounds are clean and decorated with large pots , tables, chairs, and benches you could sit in without getting anything on your clothing. Always someone at the office if you needed anything. Would use it again.

The only thing was the smell of the actual room. Not dirty, just an old musty smell. I went to Walmart and got lysol spray and a solid air freshener and that did the trick. Also each bathroom needs grab bars for anyone who takes a bath or shower. The closet where the fridge and microwave are located needs to have a light inside.

The location is convenient and beautiful, the Fernbank Museum is about 5 mins away and the neighborhood homes are absolutely gorgeous. The beds are super comfortable, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the water pressure is strong! The staff are very friendly and helpful. Parking is free!

The location of the inn was terrific, very near to Emory Village and the campus. The room had older furnishings and fixtures but everything was well-maintained. The staff was always helpful. There was a nice tea/coffee station in the lobby as well as the single brewing unit in the room.

The convenience and location adjacent to Emory University Hospital were invaluable to us. Having a nice place to stay during my visits has been great.

The electrical outlets in my first room room 217) were very worn out and loose. However, the outlets in the last room we stayed in were better. There some what appeared to be carpet stains in both rooms. Both rooms furniture was in fair but dated shape (well used).

Great location, friendly helpful staff. It is an older motel style place but very comfortable large room and good value for money. Walking distance to Emory University, CDC and the amenities of Emory village.

The air conditioner was a bit noisy.

Location is excellent for Emory University. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.

Everything was fine. It's not a luxury hotel but it was perfect for our purpose of visiting Emory University

Location and price and nice size of room

House cleaning is still in Covid mode which is ridiculous. (They only clean on request after 3 nights) Also the breakfast is grab and go but is ALL sugar and carbs. Otherwise a great hotel, thanks

The room was clean and neat. The location was perfect for what I was staying there for. It was too bad there was no restaurant close by. I will stay there again if I need to come back up that way

Other than not having a restaurant near by thats it. I enjoyed all the other aspects of the room and the staff.was great.

location next to hospital. your night receptionist was friendly , kind and helpful in anything we need. can’t remember her name but she was great!

Great location close to Emory.

I know they’re still doing COVID protocols and having fewer people coming into rooms, but it would have been nice to have the trash emptied. Also, the breakfast was *very* limited.
