The property was very clean. The rooms have a full kitchenette and full fridge. Parking was convenient, environment was laid back. Staff was great. Nice place to stay if your in Augusta. They offer free breakfast.

They offer free breakfast, but it’s grab and go. I picked this location because of the reviews and how clean it was and the fact that they had free breakfast. I didn’t realize there would be no hot breakfast options. So it’s stuff like muffins, honey buns, yogurt, oatmeal packets, protein bars, etc. That’s fine for a day or two , but after that it would be nice for a few hot options. Still 5 stars in my book.

I found nothing to object to, your staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. The initial room we were assigned to still had other peoples property in it so we had to be moved to a less desirable room, but it was still very nice.

I liked that I booked this last minute due to another hotel botching my reservation, and they were right on it. Gave me a call about my reservation minutes after my booking. Front end association was pleasant. Room was exactly what I requested.

Though the breakfast was good, a bigger selection would be better.

Amanda was great! She moved us after the person with children above us was running and stomping really early in the morning. The room we received was so nice. Very clean hotel, almost new. Stay on the top floor if you want any sleep, the floor is very thin. I will return if I'm ever in the area.

My stay was great. It was surprisingly better than I expected. It was clean and the staff was very friendly. A good place to return to.

The elevator was a little shaky but all was good. The property was a little confusing to find but it was late when we arrived so I was a little bit tired. Nothing too bad.

the advertised breakfast was terrible. It was no hot foods. packs of instant grits and oatmeal. no butter, no bowls. just coffee cups. no juice only coffee. only one cart to carry luggage to and from your room. clerk advised there were two but haven’t seen the second on in a week. had to carry out luggage by hand in two trips.

The location was perfect for us. The room was clean and modern. It was quiet also. The building seems fairly new and is located near Doctor's Hospital complex.

Before we left in the morning, we let the staff know that the bathroom sink needed to be unclogged. It took awhile for the water to go down the drain. They said they would get someone in to look at it promptly.

The room was way nicer than I had expected, beds were very comfortable with enough pillows, it had a very nice little kitchen with a glass top stove. Bathroom was very nice and clean. The whole place was clean and would 100% recommend.

The air would randomly cut off; for those that sleep with a fan or some type of noise it was hard to sleep in complete silence.

Ideally located near shops and restaurants.

As a suite I would have liked tea and coffee facilities in the room. All extra items such as crockery had to be requested from the desk. A bit of a hassle when all you want is a hot drink. Had to go to Walmart to get coffee and milk etc before we could settle into our room. After a 12 hour journey it was a pain.

👍.....coffee!! The worker knew I was sleepy and trying to be alert...She suggested some coffee!

All was good but, Fresh juices would be great. Toast would be a plus Cereal & milk......ummmm!! No complaints the area was clean. The lady at My checking in was friendly and smiling....acknowledged Me when I came through the door with a lovely smile.
