Breakfast and staff were very good and friendly! Size of the room was very good!

Shortly after check-in my room was also given to another guest. Office table chair had a rip in top of it. Electrical wiring with only wire nuts was exposed under my heating/air unit. No small child present with me so no danger Shower head was too high and I'm 6'2" plus it and the knob assemble were not properly caulked after installation. No exhaust fan

Location. Your breakfast hostess is the best. She is so personable and keeps the breakfast area clean and well stocked. Your night desk person is a great employee too. He went above and beyond helping me get supplies for our room.

I didn’t like that our trash cans weren’t emptied every day and our towels weren’t restocked daily. We were at the hotel for 5 nights.

Breakfast was good, clean area , friendly and well stocked

No came to clean room after being requested ! I was there for several nights! No one came to get garbage out or to take away dirty towels and wash cloths ! Was told to leave the stuff in the hallway ! The front desk staff was excellent ! It seemed like there wasn’t enough maids !

They need more parking spots close to the motel so I dnt have worry about it iam park in the wrong place an is my car going to get towed away

Very friendly staff, from lady checking us in, the housekeeping staff and the lady that took care of the breakfast bar was extremely friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel to stay at.

Parking area, not large vehicle friendly.

Location was excellent and close to a lot of the shopping and restaurants. Staff was very nice and accommodating. They Also had a good breakfast that offered a variety of breakfast foods. The only disappointment was the pool was closed because they were waiting on a part for the pump.

My family (grand baby especially) could not enjoy the pool. Kids were piled in the pool unattended and the next morning the pool was being cleaned.

It has a nice spacious room with a mini fridge, coffee maker and microwave. It was pet friendly and my dogs had room to move as well. The room didn’t smell and everything seemed very clean.

The staff was not very pleasant, definitely acted liked they don’t get paid enough. However they did their jobs just fine no complaints there.

Eventhough #3 is about house keeping staff above, the house keeping staff were very polite and filled with smiles. A smile goes a long way 🙂...

1. Didn't allow the military discount as we had no knowledge about if making reservations through booking.com voids discount.😔 2. Room above us allowed children to continuously jump which sounded as though they were going to drop through ceiling at any time🙄😲 3. Staff stated guest were not allowed on elevator at the same time when they were on it with their cart...after 3 times of elevator door opening, finally empty to ride......maybe they should step off to allow guest to ride before staff....just a suggestion🤔

Nice comfortable clean room facility is awesome good and great staff.

I got the room with the whirlpool and the whirlpool did not work I was very disappointed to be paying all that money and didn't get to enjoy it
