Enjoyed the quite comfortable room. Second floor location was perfect. Room could have been a little cleaner. Floor was a little dirty( missed vacuuming some areas.Enjoyable
Seemed to be rushed out by the cleaning crew. Almost as if we were messing up how they decided to clean the second floor be cause we were packing late, had had not left the room at exactly 11:00

Cigarette ash was on the bedside table. It was very difficult to block the window with the curtains, they did not overlap very well. The television picture was shrunk with a large black border around the viewing area.

I loved how friendly and nice the staff was and how quick it was to check in
I saw some roaches in the bathroom so I didn't want to bring my bags in also the comforter had cigerrette burns on it but it was suppose to be a non smoking room I didn't like that.

It was a bed to sleep in and close to where we where going.
The room wasnt cleaned, dirty socks were still in the bathroom, the walls had some unknow brown substance smeared on the walls, beds werent properly made, no fitted sheets amd flat sheets were just laid over the mattress. The sidewalk outside our room was littered with food.

I had a non smoking room that smelled like smoke and had cigarette burns on the comforter the carpets needed cleaning it had a light mold smell and we say two small roaches in the bathroom

Price was a little better than the others but not good enough for me to put up with the staffs attitudes.
The staff was rude, one of he housekeepers was very rude, loud, not professional at all.

Being told smoked in the room when I didn't, also getting charged 20$ more bc they said I had a dog check cameras had no dog but we do own dogs so we have dog hair on clothes...

The bathroom was good..the shower/tub was nice and the maids where pleasant.
Front desk persons where rude and unhelpful..customer service was a disgrace. The bedspread was dirty and had to be removed. The ac was not in great shape and room never cooled down.
