The hotel had experienced a major power outage (due to weather which knocked out power to the entire street) shortly before we arrived for check-in. The staff were courteous, kind, and even allowed us to enter into our room so that we could rest prior to the power being restored. We were so thankful for their kindness--especially since there was nothing they could do to improve the situation which was entirely beyond their control. Andre, the manager, was a rock star throughout the entire process! We also enjoyed the breakfast, the rest of the staff was wonderful and friendly, and our room was clean and comfortable. We highly recommend staying here.

The location is perfect in downtown Blue Ridge, and is within walking distance to everything. Once we parked our vehicle, we just walked everywhere. The breakfast is also very amazing!

Nothing! just be aware that if you bring a pet, the hotel has a policy that you cannot leave the Pet in the room alone. That was the only surprise when we booked on Booking.com. We are accustomed to leaving our very small dog in the room because she is well behaved, but the hotel was very strict about that.

The location was perfect! The front desk staff was more than accommodating and breakfast was delicious. We will definitely stay again!

Your website description of the room we booked online is "not even an option at this hotel". Thank goodness the staff was more than helpful in finding us a new room with a sofa bed for our toddler son! The description online shows a king bed with sofa bed and tub in a handicap accessible room. For this location, that is not even an option. We had to sacrifice the tub for a roll in shower but atleast we had a sofa bed for him to sleep on.

I loved the location. The facility was clean and comfortable.

I loved the location, but was woken up by the train bleeding the breaks at 6:30 each morning. I was not thrilled about that! I also wish there were a pool. As nice as the bar/ lounge was, after a long day of shopping and sightseeing- or perhaps and early morning swim would have been nice for the price of the room.

The parking was easy and very close to the hotel. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious. The location was excellent and very walkable to restaurants and shops.

I didn't really like the breakfast. There were no muffins, grape jelly and the bacon wasnt cooked well. On Sunday there were no grits. We were told it was a full buffet breakfast but 3 items doesn't constitute a buffet.

Absolutely everything. The location had more than enough to do in walking distance. It was quiet and there was never any bother by outside noise. We were on the 5th floor where the restaurant and bar are located, never heard any noise from the music nor the guest.

The elevators gave us an uneasy feeling. I am not sure how it was for each floor but coming up from the first floor it made several strange sounds and picked up really quick. Leaving the 5th floor it would drop really quickly when first going down.

Breakfast was very convenient. The breakfast staff was very friendly and interactive. There was a variety of hot and cold items available. The coffee was hot and very tasty.

The only thing that I can think of as not liking was no biscuits at the Friday breakfast. Was hoping for sausage and biscuits for breakfast. Yet the cheese omelets filled the void.

clean with great location. breakfast on Sunday morning was delicious, not so much on Monday morning. loved the shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower.

the bathroom door is terrible. the shade for the window had holes all in it. the coffee maker in the room was missing a part/piece. these are small things but for the cost of the room there is room for improvement.

Staff were great especially Mark on reception and the lady at breakfast ( sorry didn’t catch your name).Thanks for all your help. Room was large and comfortable with a good view of the street. Location was great walking distance to restaurants and bars.

If you want a peaceful night don’t book a room with a view as it gets really noisy at night. Bathroom wasn’t as clean as I like it with hair in the shower plug (not mine)!! Roof top bar was disappointing.

Everything. From check-in to check-out, everything was great! .. best place to stay in Blue Ridge. Bed slept well... Great tv... rooftop restaurant and bar, as well as breakfast, were excellent. Best parking lot also

The only negative was only 1 washcloth... everything else was excellent. That is the only problem. .
