staff (Jessica) was wonderful. gym, pool, facilities were top notch and breakfast was a full hot buffet that was absolutely scrumptious. would definitely stay there again.

it was difficult to find. a small access rd between longhorn and five guys was easily overlooked and had to call the desk (Jessica) for help. Now, only serious negative was our room smelled like dog. no pets allowed but service dogs are and one was obviously in that room. we got used to it in a few minutes but I could actually smell it in my c-pap when I got back home. Other than that if I could take that motel (minus the dog smell) with me every time I went somewhere I would be just fine.

The room was gorgeous and spacious! I loved the sitting area w/ the pull-out sofa and desk. The tables fit right under the couch for easy access. The TV was easy to use. The bar, closet, and bathroom were all great and very clean. The pillows were AWESOME!! The biscuits at breakfast were light and fluffy, and the coffee was perfect. Very friendly hosts & clean, beautiful lobby.

Very minor improvements in a few areas: the bed was too firm for my liking, the curtains had weird stains on them, and some cracked tile in the shower. None of which detracted from our stay, really- just could be addressed for future guests. Also, the eggs at breakfast seemed poured out of a pre-mixed carton - not yummy, but edible.

The room was spacious for 3. I opted for the sofa bed and was still comfortable. The room and bathroom was also clean upon arrival. Although our suite was located om the 1st floor near the amenities, it was not as noisy as we anticipated. There are shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers located in the shower attached to the wall. The front desk attendants were very friendly and helpful. When we needed to extend our stay due to inclement weather approaching the day of our departure, it was done with ease. The breakfast pastries and sandwiches are prepackaged but still very tasty. It's near a ton of restaurants and shopping centers so definitely ideal for a little leisurely shopping. You do have to pay $2 to wash and $2 to dry and they're completed in 30 minute cycles. The tide washing powder and water at the front desk are free of charge. Also do keep in mind that there is a nightly incidentals fee that's refunded a few days after check out juat to cover any damages that may occur in the room. The doors do close loudly though so beware of that😬

Everything was great! Beds were super comfy - even the sofa bed. Lots of extra blankets and pillows. Very large room - additional, separate seating area was a big plus! The staff at this property is excellent! They greeted us as if we were weekly customers and they had known us forever. :) Really great place!

This is really a non-issue and personal preference, but, it would have been nice to have a smaller tv in the seating area in addition to the larger tv near the beds. :)

The location of the hotel is perfect. Surrounded by hundreds of stores and restaurants. Felt safe. The staff was excellent. The rooms were clean and a nice size. Would definetely stay again.

The breakfast left a little to be desired. The food was not adequate. We stayed for 7 days but had to eat out for breakfast. The food was not right. One day the coffee would be alright and the next day it would be water. Not consistent

I booked two adjoining rooms. One king and one double. Each should have had a sleeper sofa. However, the Queen didn’t have one and didn’t even have space for one. When I reported it to the front desk, they were shocked. They had no idea some of the rooms didn’t have sleeper sofas. The hotel was booked so they couldn’t move us. However, they were extremely nice & apologetic.

It would have been better had I actually received what I paid for.

Good location. Clean rooms. Very comfortable bed as well as room furnishings. Staff was freindly. Breakfast was decent with good variety.

Price seemed a bit high but was comparable to others in the area. In Columbus you pay a premium to stay in a safe area.

The layout of our room was great. We like this property.

The lady that checked us out when we left was not very pleasant. She gave me a number to call Marriott which was no longer in service, she also seemed very impersonal and lacking in customer service skills. I was surprised as most of the time we receive excellent service here. She couldn't even spell Marriott correctly. She seemed like she was in a hurry to do something else although I was the only one checking out at the time. I asked her about my bill and she did not even look at my account, she just rattled off something.

Nice sized room. Decent breakfast. Staff was very friendly.

Hotel was a little hard to find (probably due to local sign ordinances). Bed was very uncomfortable. My husband and I had to sleep on opposite edges to keep from sinking in the middle.

The room was super clean and had a homie feel to it. I received the BEST customer service ever from all of the front desk workers to the cleaning lady. I could've sworn I was the only person at the hotel based off of how quiet it was, I definitely will be staying here again. I didn't get to enjoy the pool due to my work schedule but my room was right above the pool so I did peep down there once or two and dream a little. The breakfast was ready at 7:30 which was a plus as I had a guest I left in the room while I went to work.

I loved everything except the elevator, it's super slow but it takes nothing away from how awesome my stay was there.
