The room was good-sized and the bed was very comfortable. It was close to everywhere I needed to be and easy to get in and out of.

The only problem I had was with the shower. The shower curtain bar was somewhat loose so it sloped downward, and the shower curtain would not stay closed on either end. This allowed water to escape and make the floor very wet. I had enough towels to clean it up and make it safe for me, but it would have been nicer if the shower curtain would stay closed.

No plunger to plung. toilet was running a long time and flooded. I put towels down and had to run to get staff. Staff was very slow getting plunger. It was early in the morning. Caught it before it total ruin my stuff and others. Also the room was not completely clean. The phone had nasty stuff from previous guess. The tub was turned off that looked like jetted. (guess due to safety during covid). Second manager on duty was not as friendly and tried to blame me for flooded toilet that ran for a long time after flushing. Told me the the other guess complain. I believe it was a language barrior.

The location worked great for us as we didn't want to stay inside of the central of atlanta. Room was large and clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was a nice touch, and made our short stay enjoyable.

The hotel is slightly older and I wish that the TV in the room would have been a bit larger. Other than that I don't really have any complaints.

I arrived at 11:30am and asked if by chance we could check in early because we were in town for a funeral and drove a long way to get there, and they happily got me a room right away. The room was large and well lit - 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa met my family of 4's needs, and the pillows were wonderful.

I would only wish that in the future you have complimentary breakfast offered. Not much else I can think of to be improved upon, aside from maybe updating the bathtub / shower head, but other than that, I have no complaints.

Did not have breakfast. Brought my own breakfast snacks. Location is great...near so much.

Had trouble figuring out how to reset the click to proper time. Struggles with TV remote...trying to get to my favorite channels. Just kept scrolling up and down, took awhile.

The beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms very spacious.

It was raining when I arrived and something very bizarre happened. An unattended child came running outside, naked, with a diaper in her hand and ran right up to my car crying as I was backing into my parking spot. No idea why she was outside unaccompanied at that late hour....nor why she was totally NUDE!

Good location. Overall clean and pleasant stay. Plus there include breakfast as well.

There are some noise could be heard from the air conditioning during the night.

Great location, everything we came to see (the Korean bath houses and spas) was all nearby. There were plenty of asian restaurants and bakeries at affordable prices and excellent flavors. Atlanta was only 40 minutes away. The staff was always nice and greeted guests upon entering or leaving. The housekeeping staff was friendly and also kept us going with fresh towels every day and general cleaning.

No real complaints. In our room some of the furniture seemed to be dirty but in fact it was damaged. Everything else was really clean and well kept.

clean/ price is reasonable/ close by some family members

Very spacious and clean. Spent only one night.But would use the Clarion Suites again.

Only spent one night. There was nothing I didn't like. Would use the Hotel again.
