The check in was fast and friendly. I literally maybe spent less than 10 minutes checking in. The room was everything and more. I booked the king and sofa and got the a king and double bed. The room was huge and clean which I appreciate. It was quiet and parking was ampule. There is a bahama breeze in walking distance. This was a great location. I will be staying here again and adding it to my list of places to stay.

The suite king-bedroom was very nice and the facilities pleasant enough. Breakfast room was airy and pleasant. Staff cleaned promptly after customers and food was replaced quickly.

Unfortunately we had to wait for more than 40 minutes after 3pm on the check-in day, for the room to be ready. It was a very busy weekend though and we did not mind too much. The staff was nice about it.

The rooms were very clean. The breakfast was awesome. It was good to have a nutritious breakfast before starting our day.

Make sure you look in the back of those other buildings. Hotel is in the back. Unfortunately we got lost and could not find the hotel. There are no lights on your sign. Because the hotel is sitting behind another building we could not see the building at night. We finally saw a policeman who pointed us in the right direction. You should also cut the hedges so people can see your sign..

The location was great! Our King sized room was very spacious for my husband and I, it smelled fresh and clean. The bed was so comfortable, walk in shower was perfect especially the hot water that didn't take any time to heat up. Breakfast was pretty good too. We would definitely stay here again!

The food warmers were turned off too early one morning and our breakfast was cold. Adding bacon to the menu would be awesome.

Although some people would not consider this a high end hotel ...it was very clean, free breakfast and the staff were very cordial. Affordable too!

The beds were very comfortable. Staff were very nice. Location was close to venue and fast food restaurants. We would definitely stay at this hotel again, for an event held in Duluth.

We were placed in a handicapped room and were unable to hang our clothes because the clothes racks were too low.

Holiday Inn Express continues to be the best place to stay when traveling. This facility continues in that same respect. 🙂I waited too late to reserve a room on my return trip and they were full. So I stayed at another hotel and there was no comparison to the value that Holiday Inn Express offered.😞

The location was optimal for my purpose of being there.

There was a language barrier with myself and the housekeeping staff (they spoke minimal English, luckily I speak a tad bit of Spanish) that’s my only complaint!

The customer service check in process Great! Friendly but Professional. Our Room was Very Clean ( Sanitized) and Comfortable.

Great, nice variety of hot and cold breakfast, I was particularly fascinated with the pancake maker. Very friendly staff, clean place, nice environment altogether. They do have an indoor swimming pool which I didn't find time to try.
