The front desk staff and breakfast staff was super friendly. The hotel was nice and clean and well kept and inviting (inside and outside). The location was in a good area near restaurants and shopping and it was right off the interstate.

The bed was too hard for my comfort. There was not enough light in the bathroom because the light in the shower was not working so it was dark while showering. The breakfast was basic (no flavored coffee creamer) and either over cooked or not freshly made. For the price of the nightly stay, that's not okay. I ate at the waffle house across the street both days. The pool had hair around the outside of the pool wall.

Lovely people working at the front and super attentive when we had asked any questions. Great area with lots of food options around and activities within 30 minutes from it.

Noisey neighbors opening and closing their doors every 10 minutes throughout the night and morning. It was children running between rooms and up and down the hall but the adults didn't seem to have a problem with the constant slamming

The staff is always the best part of the stay. The accomodations are always excellent; but, the staff is always so friendly and personable I don't think it would matter if there were any shortcomings with the stay. I always feel like I'm staying with friends and family.

I would have to strain my brain to think of anything I didn't like. I really shouldn't strain my brain. I have had to stay at the Holiday Inn Express right behind you. Nice hotel but y'all outpace them in every aspect but one. They edge you out with the breakfast. Mainly because of their biscuits and gravy. You should check out their set up. But you always out perform them overall. Again, it's because of your incredible staff. They set the tone for excellence..

Jack at the front desk was awesome. We had a little hiccup in our reservation and he got it fixed in a courteous and professional manner. This young man deserves a raise! Excellent service! The coffee at breakfast was delicious.

Our stay was perfect!

I didn't eat breakfast at the hotel. It was offered, but I did not wake up in time to attend breakfast at hotel.

I wanted to use the indoor pool. However, it didn't look clean enough. I saw floating hair and particles in the pool. So, I made the decision not to use the pool. Also, inside my hotel room the bathroom sink drain was very slow draining the water out.

The staff who worked the breakfast area was very courteous and helpful. The property location was clean and in a great location. The WiFi has good service.

The bathroom either doesn't have a vent or it didn't work. The service from the front desk was inconsistent depending on who was working.

There was no milk or cereal and they stated the waffle machine was out of order. Only one choice of muffin, Everyone was disappointed int eh breakfast.

Pool was closed and the two teenagers were disappointed.

they don’t tell you about the additional charges. I had to ask. I paid for a king size suite and get to the room not what I had . overall nice rooms but I wouldn’t stay again.

staff were super friendly, room was clean, lots of parking. Area was quiet and easily accessible to restaurants and shopping. I can't comment on the breakfast as I didn't eat it.
