The location was awesome. Everything was nearby and in waking distance the community felt very safe. Check in was also great and easy. The beds were awesome the comfort of the room was great. I was so glad my room didnt smell like any type of animals being that I travel with my dog. It was also quiet , I didnt experience any issues. Didnt have breakfast because I was pressed for time.

I didnt care for the bathroom. The tub was a little dingy and the showerhead had mold or dirt on it. Kinda gross to be honest. You could tell the bathroom doesnt receive much attention the vent was caked with dirt or dust. Dirt had been pushed into the cracks of the bathroom floor. I didn't have time to request a cleaning person cause it was only for 1 nite and time wasnt on my side for this visit. The overall stay of the room was great minus the bathroom.

Staff were awesome. Price and location was good and room was overall quite nice for the price. Breakfast was good as well.

The mattress was a little on the soft side and the bathroom door was a little hard to latch, but those are both really minor things, nitpicking at best. Everything else was awesome.

Great safe location. Located in the historic downtown section. Staff was very helpful and courteous. The morning breakfast was better than expected. Free Wifi worked well. Parking was free and the parking area was safe and spacious.

Hotel is beautifully located. Very quiet and peaceful. Located near shopping and restaurants but not so close that you have to deal with heavy traffic all day at the hotel site. Rooms are well equipped and clean. Nice comfortable bed and pillows. Friendly staff. Did not get a chance to try out the breakfast due to my job site working hours while staying at the hotel

Staff was very friendly and the breakfast service offered a good amount of options. Beds were comfortable.

Wifi kept kicking us off every few minutes, looked like there was dried pet urine on the floor in one spot. Toilet seat was also loose.

Breakfast was tasty and bountiful. Location is downtown Fayetteville so very convenient for our business related event. Staff was ultimately very helpful. Bed was cozy and comfortable and room adequate in size.

The room which I booked as two adults only had one towels, one wash clothe, etc. Inconvenient to have to go back to the front desk and ask for more and be told we could not get anymore until the next morning! However, he ultimately gave us a set after explaining there were two of us and sharing a towel after showering was just not reasonable.

the pool was nice. we had the pool all to ourselves. it was located right outside our room on the 1 st floor.

when I went to breakfast at 9:00am. there was hardly any breakfast left. I managed to get some cereal for the kids and pancakes. They said u have down earlier.

Dining area needs to be polite n professional 👌 Food container needs to be throughly cleaned😞 Room Iron needs to be replaced 👌 Room needs to be Sanitized n throughly cleaned😊 No loud talking n insulting guest cause their pot wasn’t clean then Tried to apologize after being very rude n disrespectful 😮😞 Who’s responsible for clean n well prepared meals👌😮

the fact that they tried to place me in a room without a security lock, and when I spoke of being uncomfortable they tried to charge me to upgrade!
