Crowne Plaza Atlanta SW - Peachtree City, an IHG Hotel

It was perfect, been there 2 years in a row, in March on my BF's birthday. I take him to eat supper at the restaurant and they set the table so pretty and give us great service and the staff brought a piece of cake and sang to him, unexpected to both of us. We hope to be there next year for a 3rd year to celebrate. Ivonne was our waitress for the past 2 years...we love her..the sweetest we ever met. Hope to see her next year.

The property. It feels like a private wooded park. Before arrival we had no idea. The buildings blend into the trees over looking the pond. The overall feel is amazing! Breakfast was perfect, you can get most breakfast foods you could want. Made fresh for you individually.

Parking. There simply isn't enough parking close to the hotel rooms.

The location was perfect for our needs as we were close to our event venue and there are many options for dining in the area.

Our group was extremely disappointed in the quality and price of breakfast. We proceeded to get breakfast offsite for the days following our first on site breakfast. Luckily the location allowed for other options. Cleanliness left some to be desired but was good overall.

The location is about 30-40 minutes from Atlanta but near the worksite so it suited our needs. The Front Desk and Housekeeping staff are friendly and accommodating. Staff adheres to the Covid-19 safety measures which I, highly, appreciated. The adjoining rooms were clean with basic amenities, no daily housekeeping (Covid-19) and the beds are quite comfortable. As for dining, there is a different buffet everyday but the main menu stays the same every day. Most amenities have been closed due to Covid-19 but for the safety of the guests, I completely understand. I recommend this location and will certainly return.

Hopefully, once most of the population returns back to work and travel picks up again this hotel will once again offer their normal services. There's a lot to do on this property so maybe next time, things will open up and look brighter for everyone.

The staff was very good at taking care of their guest. Miss. Destiny in the restaurant said it best. When ever you all are traveling we want you to come on home here.

This is not an inn for the faint of heart. It is spread out. You check in in one building, stay in another and the restaurant and bar at another. It is difficult to get around. Also if you need someone to come get the AC going, as we did , it will take a while. We almost canceled and went somewhere else.

Breakfast was great. Staff was great. We did have to pay for our 2 kids breakfast which we thought was included in rate. But they had about anything you would want for breakfast.

Bathroom door did not shut all the way. Barn door style fine but left a 2 inch gap. So no privacy when using restroom. Yikes.

We got in pretty late and we’re exhausted! Ordered some food and ate at the bar. We had the sweetest man serve us our food. Everyone working there was the nicest and so very helpful. This place is beautiful. It is set back in the woods and so peaceful. It feels more like a resort instead of a hotel. Our room was comfortable and had everything you could possibly need. The bed and pillows were awesome. I highly recommend this hotel!

Staff was nice, everyone was great. Rooms clean facility clean.

For the price and location almost away from everything. It should be cheaper this felt like NY prices in a small town in GA. Something else they needs to be at the place is a jacuzzi. That would more then make up the cost of the room or include buffet on the cost of the room. Did not like the look of the pool.

Cleanliness above all. Secluded location second.

The main building was only accessible by walking outside of the building. Although the walk is less than 500 ft., it is tough to avoid the weather elements if trying to make it to have a drink or go to the pool. On the other hand, I do think that is what makes the campus of the hotel special. Each building is stand alone and with the woodsy scenery, those walks add to the grandeur of the campus.

I really liked this hotel! Honestly, I’d never seen a hotel designed quite like this! It was very quiet, the setting was serene, and it made for a nice atmosphere after a long day at work! Oh’ and a big thank you to Jennetta for providing me with an impeccably clean room upon arrival!

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like!
