the young woman who worked that night was not friendly and she made it seem as if she didn’t want to work. I requested a bigger room and she said they didn’t have any but I looked on the website and see they had more rooms she said “we can’t switch rooms”. I asked if I can use my points she said “no”. she made me get the rolling bed out of the room and spray it down myself and take off the dirty sheets and give it to her. I was really shocked by her work ethic because the hotel is usually top tier. I was Highly disappointed.

The stay was good the only thing they didn't clean our room the next day. But overall the Breakfast was a great experience. The front desk was Alsome. The house keeper was okay but they could do better when it comes down to a stay over.

When I Checked into my room everything was clean and After I stay my first night and lifted for the day and came back and I saw that my room was clean. Well the front desk should have explained that Housekeeper don't clean the room until third day. Then you get a full cleaning on the fifth day. However everything else was good. But one of the house keeper the came and got my dirty towels. She was a white lady with short hair.

I was so happy with every single part of my experience with this hotel. It has been a long time (definitely pre-COVID) that a hotel experience has been so enjoyable and stress-free. Location was great, parking convenient, and as soon as I walked I to the lobby I was greeted by a very friendly front desk. My room had a beautiful view with a very large window (I loved all the natural light when I pulled the blinds up, but complete black-out darkness with the shades down at night). The room was immaculately clean. Bed was so comfy. Bathroom had some nice soaps and there was even an *actual* hot breakfast in the morning (even higher end hotels haven't been doing that since COVID!). I was just so happy and it was an affordable stay on top of it all.

Literally nothing was wrong.

Location was great. We have stayed here multiple times. Breakfast was good and the coffee provided was good as well. The desk staff was courteous and check in/out was easy. I enjoy this hotel and will continue to stay here.

The walls are thin so you'll hear the people next door. This was our first time having neighbors so we hadn't noticed it on our previous stays. The water pressure in the shower is not the best either.

I loved the location, pool, it was quite , I liked that it had a washer and dryer

The refrigerator was not stained or rusty inside, and I wish they would have changed the sheets while we were there for a 6 day stay. We asked them to do the bed I thought that included a change of sheets.

Easy , convenient location. The staff were friendly and helpful, and door dash delivery made late dinners in the room possible.

I bought a 20 ounce water in the lobby for $4. They definitely benefitted from the fact that people staying at the hotel might not know another place locally to purchase essentials.

The main thing I liked was the staff with their willingness to help in anyway possible and their friendly attitudes. The hotel was quiet, and the rooms had pod coffee makers with coffee and tea pods which I was accustomed to using. The breakfast looked wonderful but I was having surgery at 6:30 a.m. so I wasn't able to enjoy it. The location was great for that. The beds were comfortable and the tv worked great.

I can't think of anything I didn't like.

The breakfast is hot and ready, with a variety of choices daily. Fresh coffee or hot cocoa while watching the news. You are granite access to the hotel computers, a fully equipped gym, and a room climate pool. My room has an incredible view. Speaking of view, every angle of this building gives you a different viewpoint of something so stunning. With several significant reasons to stay here, nothing compares to the staff identifying me by name as I enter and exit

The breakfast was delicious!! The staff was very professional and courteous. They made you feel right at home. I give them a 10 rating.

I liked the spacious room and the spacious bathroom. The dove products in the bathroom were a plus for me as that’s the only bath product I use. The hotel is a smaller hotel but it’s definitely a clean, newer one.

The Dove body lotion wasn’t right. It came out separated but I had my own so it was all good.
