Cleaner than I expected for a 2 star hotel. Beds were comfortable and the AC was on point!

Was told we would get fresh towels and wash clothes, but we did not. I had to find a housekeeper in the hallway and get some from her. No hot breakfast. Oh poor quality TV's also, need smart TVS really its 2023. People enjoy streaming movies. One of my family members rooms could not get the stations to work on the TV and when she called the front desk late at night she was told "its 1:30 in the morning you need to call back later about that."

Friendly folks, helpfulness of staff and location is very nice. Comfortable room, suggestion of staff to make our stay more enjoyable. Room was clean, the only thing I found that was overlooked was the inside of the waste baskets could use some cleaning. Lobby area was very nice and very clean. Well decorated. Outside appearance is very nice as well. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. When we return to the area I will book this hotel again.

The beds are so comfortable Phyllis and Amy always take care of us they are literally just amazing I leave this on every single one of my reviews I'm going there on the 21st I'll be taking pictures too to show you how comfortable and clean the rooms are how nice they are just wonderful people I love the genius ability on booking.com with Microtel I'm about to be gold level now because of going to this hotel so many reasons to keep going to Microtel it's our little Paradise

Everything was above satisfactory. Cleanliness, staff was EXCELLENT 👍. The room was convenient and breakfast was open a longer than they said so I didn't miss out. My only issue is the cost especially seeing that I am a frequent customer. And it is for only one night usually a 18 hr stay tops. I feel that $100 at Cost is a fair price. And it was almost double that. So a discount for the next few stays or possibly a locked in price for myself would be appreciated y'all have never had a problem with a mess or getting your money from me. Also I was over charged as well but we are working on that I believe. I will be back soon thanks.. Leif Larrimore Happy repeat customer 25%discount seems fair..

Everything about this microtel is awesome The staff is absolutely the best Phyllis and Amy are like family now lol I just wish the economy wasn't so bad otherwise I would give you a very happy rating for the price of the hotel I just remember when hotels used to cost a lot less be that as it may this is a great hotel

The staff was courteous, the room was clean. Exceeded my expectations for the price. Nothing bad to say, really. The perfect room for a single traveler. Would absolutely stay here again.

The room was smaller than I'd expected, but not so much that it was a problem. Again, nothing legitimately bad to say about my stay here.

Phyllis and Amy are actually the best employees at a hotel that I've ever been at services are always great they always welcome us they are incredible employees they always take care of us this is our favorite hotel to come to they are awesome

I loved everything about this particular hotel. My family and I previously stayed a week at another hotel and it was a disaster. Clean inside and outside, beds big and comfy, water during showers and baths were the best I’ve had in a long time.

One morning staff member wasn’t too pleasant. I think I may have come into indirect contact with a manager the morning of my departure. She never spoke to me, seen me struggling to get my things out and never offered to get me a cart. She actually stood in the back door with some housekeepers smoking cigarettes and talking. The overnight staff was always super pleasant and even made hilarious small talk while checking me in.

Hotel was basic but as it is not a tourist area it was fine.. Staff were friendly and helpful.

having to add additional 2 nights to booking due to internal flight being cancelled. On return home I discovered I had been charged twice for 1 of the nights. Despite sending emails and message via booking.com I have had no response. This is disappointing as the staff were so helpful during our stay and a simple error like this could be resolved quickly.
