I liked the pool, the breakfast, and the room was great. I enjoyed my stay. The customer service reps up until Saturday evening were awesome. They gave exceptional service.

I didn't like the attitude of the CSR I had Saturday. Her attitude was terrible. I asked for more towels and she finally put her phone down to assist me. I asked for a key to come back in from the pool. She said my room key should work and if it doesn't she's sorry but it should work. Someone had to let me in with their key. When I came in and told her my room key doesn't work for that door she said what she should have said at the beginning...that she can make me one. I wasn't going to the pool anymore. I was checking out the next day.

The sound proof rooms, staff, guest, & the breakfast. The beds were very comfortable.

The pool looked dirty & outdated as hell. Highly recommend an update asap. The shower heads need to be cleaned more often to remove mold & build up, had to clean it with Microban & I always disinfectant the rooms myself before use. Y'all have to do better with cleaning.

I didn’t really have anything that I disliked. The only bad thing was the pool not being open. But I completely understand that it’s still early in the warmer season. My children were just looking forward to it. But, really no complaints other than that.

We were there for Callaway Gardens and LaQuinta was close and cost effective. We had to book 4 rooms for our gang and it was the best price. Nice rooms.

I'm sure this is an older establishment but the bathroom really needs an upgrade. The shower head looked very gunny. And our sink was stopped up.

The location was great - right off the highway. The facilities were clean and the staff was very friendly. It's a pet-friendly hotel, so that was great. The room was very clean as well.

The breakfast selection was not very robust. The bed was very firm and the pillows were extremely soft, so no neck support at all.

The front desk staff was so nice and funny. The room was exactly like the description and the hotel was close to restaurants.

The ac unit kept making a buzzing sound when it was set to 70 degrees.

The staff was very friendly! I called ahead of time to see if I can do an early check in and they assured me that that will be fine. I really appreciated that not a lot of hotels will make that accommodation

The rooms could’ve been a little cleaner. the bathroom still had hair in it from the previous guest also the extra sheets for the pull out couch had a stain on it

Beds were very comfortable. Everything very clean. Staff friendly and attentive. Breakfast was well stocked and yummy. .

Yellow jackets in the bushes front parking and by pool. One got me in the parking lot. Not swarms and it is summer in Georgia so watch out for them.

We were traveling home from a year in Mexico with dogs. They welcomed us and the dogs. It was super clean and comfortable and our carload was safe. Thank you for allowing pets!!!

Nothing. Though the check in woman was not friendly, the morning woman was so lovely, she more than made up for it.

I really enjoyed our two night stay here. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. My kids enjoyed it as much as I did. The front desk gentleman, was just that. He would go above and beyond for any customer. 5 out of 5 for me. I would definitely book again!

Honestly, I was very happy and pleased. I have no dislikes.
