Rhonda was a superb host! She made us feel right at home in this historic house, and provided amazing breakfast options. Even oat milk was available! The property is beautifully maintained, and our room was spacious and comfortable. We had a very good night's sleep and enjoyed our stay very much. We had not planned on staying in Hogansville at all and our booking was very last minute, but were very pleased with finding this gem off the beaten path!

The restaurant options in the neighbourhood are somewhat limited, but we did not mind at all driving to Nutwood winery for a bit of wine and dinner. We would have loved to visit the Twin Mills winery near the Hogan House, but it was sadly not open at the time. Hoping to come back one day!

Rhonda and Patsy are the best hosts! They were welcoming and treated us like family! Everyone sat at the breakfast table and talked while we ate the best breakfast! I can’t say enough good things about this place. I was staying there to attend my granddaughter’s wedding about 20 miles away. The next morning Rhonda and Patsy wanted to see the wedding pictures on my phone. I arrived a stranger and left feeling like a family member. I actually hated to leave.

The Hogan House was absolutely stunning! I felt like i walked through the front doors and stepped back in time. Rhonda and Patsy were both the best hostess that we could think of asking for! They were both so helpful! We had an issue with a jacket that we had brought for wedding a Rhonda went out of her way to help with that! The rooms are magnificent! The bathrooms are huge! We had a bathtub only room but it was great! The breakfast was very good also! On Sunday, we had one of the best homemade biscuits I've ever eaten! The table presentation was remarkable as well. I highly recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone passing through. I wish that we had another reason to stay there again in the future!

Everything was great. The house is an old restored home from days past and is charming. The hostesses, Rhonda and Patsy, could not have been any more accommodating and did everything possible to make our stay the best it could be. The rooms have all of the amenities from remote controlled fireplaces to towel warmers. We were welcomed with a platter of home-made cookies and our stay ended with a wonderful home-made breakfast. We will definitely return!

The home was like going back to what it must have been in the olden days …only with the great modern conveniences. It has beautiful furnishings, old large bathtub to refresh in, wonderful breakfast, a large yard with trees and plants galore, & a big front porch with a swing. Linda and her assistant were so helpful and charming. Hogansville is also a town with beautiful well kept old buildings and shops in the downtown. Greatly enjoyed our visit to Hogan House and to Hogansville in the great state of Georgia.

This is an historic Victorian B&B. It's absolutely beautiful inside, furnished with beautiful antiques. Rhonda was extremely friendly and helpful. If we ever make it back, which is our plan, THIS is where we want to stay.

OMG ...THE BREAKFAST the breakfast was the best breakfast EVER.... you have to have the grits...and the hash browns and dont forget the juice ..kit was the best breakfast ive had sine my grandma passed better if you count the grits. Hogansville is a small town you have a choice of about everything to eat the local pizza place ...forgot name but starts with "P" is exceptional. the grounds at Hogan house the wrap around porch has plenty of rocking chairs and a swing, perfect for sitting after supper and the landscape is beautiful.....

Ms, Linda is a amazing host and her breakfast exceptional; and the best I have ever had...you must have the grits... i hated and wouldn't eat a grit if you paid me until my breakfast at the Hogan House. the rooms are warm .inviting, cozy and just comfortable.... I'm looking forward to my next trip there... BEAUTIFUL HOME .... and furnished with antiques I've only dreamed of...if you don't just want to hug Ms. Linda at check out somethings wrong with you.

Perfect stop off location from the airport headed south. Charming and friendly hosts, individually prepared breakfasts, historic house beautiful and well maintained.

We enjoyed everything during our overnight stay at Hogan House. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The house is beautiful and our room was perfect. We loved having three beds in our room.

This is an intriguing old house that is spacious, well furnished with antiques, and interesting fireplaces throughout. The room we were in was extremely large and had a fascinating design. The owner is very friendly and helpful and made us feel right at home. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was outstanding and the views from the large veranda were amazing! Hogansville is a charming small town and we enjoyed cruising the antique shops. We would definitely stay here again.

Only that our stay was not long enough!
