Comfort Inn & Suites Macon West

We arrived around 1:30 in the morning and man at front desk was so considerate and made sure kiddos were offered a midnight snack after a long trip. That really made an impression on us. Super clean. Room and hallway didn't have that musty smell hotels sometimes do. Bed and pillows were super comfy! Kids loved the waffles for breakfast option. Great location right off the hwy so easy to find.

Only complaint was that shower had a curtain that had a few mold spots on it. Parking was full of trailers which took up several spaces but we arrived really late so wasn't really mad about it.

Room was large and spacious. Clean and comfortable with a great shower. It met our needs and for weary travellers on the way home, our stay was restful and pleasant. An overall excellent value for the money.

Only negative was the lack of a decent nightshade on the window which overlooked the parking lot. The angle of the parking lot light was such that it reflected a beam directly into the right side of the bed and into my eyes. Fortunately we took a spare blanket from the closet, rolled it up and placed it atop of the A/C unit to block the light. The drapes actually left a sizeable gap at the bottom that allowed the light to shine in. A great stay would have been a terrible if the light had shone in my eyes the entire night.

The night desk clerk was so helpful. We lost our key and forgot a bag in the lobby and she was quick to make us another key and gave our forgotten bag to my daughter in law. Thank you so much. Breakfast was amazing and day staff were friendly and very helpful. Thank you for making our last day of girl trip amazing 🤩

right off the interstate and close to gas stations and restaurants, clean lobby and rooms. Staff friendly and convenient parking

We had breakfast in the morning, had yogurt and coffee and grabbed a couple blueberry muffins for the road.. the muffins were moldy when opened

The room was very spacious and comfortable. Great for a family stay. We also enjoyed the pool and spa! It was clean and looked nice. Breakfast was great, and they even left it open for us past the 6-9am time frame.

The staff there was a little rude. I had a problem getting my security deposit back and I got question about guests that came to the room which I didn't understand wasn't breaking any rules so basically been hassled is what u call it

This is the BEST Comfort Inn and Suites we’ve ever stayed at!! The bedroom and dining area were both exceptionally clean, the breakfast was very good and the staff was very friendly and helpful! 👏👏👏

The breakfast consisted of hot waffles, eggs and sausages along with other sides. EVERYTHING was clean! Staff was very accommodating. Location is GREAT!

I wish we cold have stayed a little longer!

The room and bath were a nice size. We were on the top floor...it was quiet and we appreciated that! Easy access to the interstate and restaurants.

Single cup coffee maker in room with a one cup packet. My husband and I both drink coffee so we had to share a cup. No coffee in the lounge area before 6:00 am.
