Hampton Inn Macon - I-475

The front desk clerks, I apologize for not remembering their names, but they were efficient and their effusive personalities were not over bearing - just enough levity after a long car ride. Traveling during these uncertain times is always a gamble. However, it was reassuring to see this hotel's commitment to ensuring the safety of its guests and employees with the various safety protocols (i.e. masks, strategically placed hand sanitizer, social distancing signs, sticker/seal(s) on room doors informing of cleanliness/sanitizing, and employees handling of hot foods for breakfast.)

Usually, I can identify several items that did not meet my expectations and/or I do not like. However, I can not think of anything that just jumps out as rubbing me the wrong way. Actually: the parking... not enough spaces in the front of hotel. Access to hotel from rear of hotel is by key card only. Well we had not checked in yet - so we had to walk around to the front of hotel for access. * Silver Lining: This hotel takes appropriate safety and security precautions. *

It was very clean. There was great space for everyone in the room. The staff was very helpful and kind. The pool felt great! And the breakfast was awesome to start our day!

Hampton Inn was a good choice for my work trip. Wish I had asked in advance to be on a higher floor. I checked in late and was given a floor on the bottom level. Not great since it was on the level with the parking area and the curtains didn't close tight enough for my comfort - not able to pull them across closed only next to each other closely.

Wish they offered water in the room.

breakfast was not acceptable . choices were very limited and presentation was disappointing. it was surprisingly bad in juxtaposition to everything else at facility.

breakfast could have better variety of selections. coffee could be improved.

The front desk staff at check in were very kind and gracious! They were dealing with a difficult situation with another customer as I came in and I was so impressed how they handled the situation.

Breakfast left a lot to be desired but had the essentials (juice, milk, cereal, eggs, sausage, toast)

We were very satisfied - all was clean, staff was pleasant, and Ebony went out of her way (on her own) to make sure our room was close to where our small camper would be parked. Breakfast was fine as well.

The staff was super friendly. Arriving we booked a room and that’s quite big enough for our family. The hotel manager upgraded us at no charge. The new room definitely had enough space for our family. We will definitely keep them on our radar.

It was great had a wonderful time the staff was great I'm going to stay there again 😀

There was nothing I didn't like

The room was huge! We've stayed in suites before but they've always been just longer hotel rooms. This room was a big square - with the beds on 1 side & the pullout couch on the other, with lots of floor space in the center. Perfect for 6 people!

The staff was amazing! Renesha and Jazz were so pleasant and helpful! After a long day of driving about 10 hours, their warm welcome was appreciated!
