I booked here due to a family medical emergency. My brother was at the trauma hospital and it had been an exhausting night and day. The staff was beyond considerate and helpful. I think the manager was named Anna. She was a sweetheart even sitting down with me for a moment in the lobby to see how I was doing. The hotel was clean and smelled fresh. My room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. I will go back and stay again when I visit the area for pleasure this time. The location is very convenient to the interstate, gas stations and restaurants.

This is not a deal breaker for me but the only thing I didn't like was breakfast. I don't know how it happened but the waffles had absolutely no flavor almost had a chemical taste. I can't explain it. It might have been the nonstick spray for the waffle iron. I know a lot of places use powdered eggs but the eggs definitely tasted like powdered eggs and I wish there was a protein like sausage or bacon. I was rushed for time otherwise I would have enjoyed the cold options like cereal. But definitely will stay again when I visit the area.

Quiet, clean, pet was free and they had a breakfast that although not a large one, was more than adequate to get a start on the rest of our trip...eggs, waffles, cereal, toast, their biscuits and sausage gravy could have put most restaurants to shane. Been staying at Red Roof Inns for the past 5 years and this one in Macon was a 5-star..

Only complainant Is us older folks could stand at least one bright light in the room. This seems to be the trend of all hotels now, so we will just need to remember to start carrying our own small intensity lamp. Also the husband would have preferred half n half rather than the fancier stuff for his coffee, but I liked it.

The front desk staff were exceptional. The maintance and cleaning staff were curtious when I met them. The breakfast was great. I loved the view from my room. The room location was exceptional when I stay again I will be requesting the same room if it is available.

The floor in my room was dirty and sticky the first night my feet were black. The next day I asked that it be swept and mopped and it was great therer after. The room does need a deep clean though as I pulled out the bed to retrieve something I had dropped and it had food and dirt there.

Not a early bird so couldn’t say anything about the breakfast. When I answered no on meeting expectations, well they are building a store next door which when finished will be so convenient for the guests, so getting in and out was a little difficult, but the staff and the stay exceeded expectations. Thank you everyone at Red Roof for the pleasant experience. 🙏

Just getting in and out because of the construction.

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good...eggs, biscuits, gravy, cereal, and a waffle maker. The updated flooring was nice

The area seemed sketchy at night when we arrived. The room smelled like old smoke. It smelled like bleach when we arrived, but by morning you could smell the smoke...like it was previously a smoking room. We're sensitive to smells though, especially smoke The bed was semi comfortable. It was so so for me, my husband was uncomfortable. The updates to the rooms were nice but felt not complete as you could still see old stuff...like the bottom of the bathroom door had water damage and was rotting away

Clean comfortable well equipped room. Very comfortable bed. Efficient gracious front desk staff.

Due to construction at the adjacent gas station, the main entrance is closed and inaccessible. The only entrance is via a door at the back of the property. U less you can park near this back entrance, it is challenging to navigate with luggage. Also difficult to actually find this entrance if checking in at night

The staff was so friendly and helpful! The location was very convenient for downtown activities. The price was great!

construction on nearby businesses made parking difficult and newly laid grass that we had to avoid made it difficult for walking my dog. But the property, entry, parking, etc was well marked and the hotel did its best. Looks like the construction is almost finished.

Loved the jacuzzi tub, bed was very comfortable, room was spacious and clean

I arrived at 230 while check in was at 3, the clerk wanted to charge me an extra $25 for early check in. I disputed it and it was forgiven. Thought it was ridiculous and poor customer service on their part 😑 Although not the motels fault, the parking lot was a mess due to construction

The staff was courteous and friendly. The location was central to what we needed to get to. The room was quiet and comfortable. The beds were nice and were roomy.

There could have been a better selection at breakfast. Breakfast could have started a little earlier, but we were also up and out by about 5:30, so I understand that.

Front desk Andray and Ana were both very pleasant and helpful. Had pet friendly room and it had no pet odor. Location just off highway with plenty of restaurants and other stores in immediate area.

The only issue I found was for a pet friendly hotel, there was not one patch of grass! LOL
