I liked the property my issue was with the booking I was double booked when I booked the first time it said something went wrong and it didn’t confirm the second time it said confirmed then later it sent me two emails confirmation and said it could not be modified or cancelled. That will be the last time I use booking.com if they can’t get their system to work it cost me $316 for one night at the hotel. That is just wrong.

Just stay there was nice the staff was very nice to us took very good care of us

The fact that I booked your hotel because it had a pool and the pool was neglected and was Green and I was unable to let my daughter swim in it I was not happy about that that's the only reason why I hooked I booked your hotel and also I kept trying to check on my reservations in your hotel and your phones were not working and I'm calling from Pennsylvania it was a big inconvenience that we got there at 3:00 in the morning and not sure if my room was going to be there so there's two things the pool and the fact that your phones don't work and they need to be fixed ASAP for emergency purposes

Location was great - just off the nearest Interstate which was handy for us as we were heading up to the airport at Atlanta. Breakfast was superb and a member of staff was on hand all the time to make sure everything was topped up and the place was clean.

We enjoyed the quietness and cleanliness of our room. My husband, in particular, really enjoyed the breakfast. He loves the waffle makers. We both enjoyed the coffee and hot water that was always available.

The property had a washer/dryer and that was awesome. The problem was, there was not change machine and the front desk person didn't have change either. It made the washer/dryer kind of useless.

My family loved the breakfast. The dining area clean, neat, and very presentable. The food was delicious. The attendant was courteous and attentive.

Not sure but my husband asked about AARP at checkout it was not given in which was stated by the Rep who was very rude hasn't learn to listen to the customer we will not be staying at this location again and will not recommend any one else either.

Train your staff to listen to the customer and not talk over them.

When I checked in, the clerk could not tell me the amount of my stay for 5 days, not even approximate. I extended, staying a total of 2 weeks and again I was told I could not get the total. This was due to the amenities like “if you break something”. I went on line to Travelocity and got the estimate. Everybody was so nice!!! My stay was still a “10”.

The hotel qas clean and the staff was nice. Great location, right next to the interstate.

I didn't like that there wasn't a microwave in the room

Location was right off of the interstate. Lobby was nicely decorated and clean. Room was clean

Bathroom was extremely small. Shower/tub drain was completely clogged. By the time I was done showering, I was standing in a tub full of water.
