It's in a pretty central location in Norcross, and the whole place is well kept. It's clean and nothing seems out of order. The staff were quick to help out when a hairdryer wasn't to be found in the room. They sent one up in minutes. There is a Mon-Thu bar available in the hotel, and Starbucks coffee is available in the lobby throughout the daytime hours, every day of the week.

The breakfast that Booking says is included for $0.10 is not honored, which is odd. So, if you eat their breakfast, expect to pay full price. There is a Panera across the street though, which is convenient.

I don't eat breakfast in the hotel because it doesn't include it. Instead, I got microwave. Also, the laundry is comfortable to me.

Running machine seems old, so it would be better to be changed as new one. After using laundry, I don't have drying rack in my room.

I KNOW THE QUALITY OF MARRIOTT COURTYARDS AND AM HARDLY EVER DISAPPOINTED IN MY STAY. I ALSO KNOW THE REPUTATION OF THIS COURTYARD FOR MY FORMER EMPLOYER USED TO PUT STUDENTS UP AT THIS LOCATION.

WHEN I ARRIVED I WAS GIVEN A ROOM THAT HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED OR SANITIZED. I WALK INTO THE ROOM AND THE BED IS STILL UNMADE FROM SOMEONE HAVING HAD SLEPT IN IT. I HAD TO GO BACK TO THE FRONT DESK TO REQUEST A NEW ROOM. WHICH THE DESK ATTENDANT DID GIVE ME.

The lobby staff and the gentleman working the Starbucks counter were wonderful and the facility very clean.

I obviously misunderstood the description of the hotel amenities. I assumed I could get a free cup of coffee in the lobby at a Courtyard, but I had to buy a Starbucks coffee at the food counter. And the "sit down" breakfast that is offered is actually just a Starbucks counter that you order basic breakfast items at. Seemed rather petty for the brand and the price.

I love Everything about this hotel but not for the price, it needs to be lower because there was no microwave in the room or housekeeping service wasn't available but other than that I love everything about this hotel, will I visit again? Yes, I will just make sure the next time a microwave is in the room, and housekeeping will service the room.

This hotel never ceases to amaze me. The rooms are comfy, cozy and clean. The staff always try to accommodate my many needs.

I never truly have any thing that I dislike about this hotel. Maybe the pricing at best. But that is expected in such a busy town.

The amazing room with the balcony view to the back to get fresh air instead of breathing in central air conditioning!!!

Nothing everything was great me even the host was amazing!!! I would always go back and I’m booking a trip there this weekend!!!

Room was well appointed. The bed was especially comfortable.

Cheap toilet paper and tissue. Pillows had little support. Asked for a room with handicap accommodations and it was at the end of the building. The long walk was hard to negoiate.

Staff was nice and professional, checked in 20mins early, clean sanitized room, bed comfy with added amenities i.e fridge,cable tv, netflix option.

No complaints about the facility or staff. Had to move rooms due to someone kids on the top floor running around. Staff was more than happy to call them and placed me in another room with no hesitation.

Bed is very comfortable. Staff at front desk very friendly and helpful. Complimentary coffee in the room. Liked the body wash and shampoo in the shower. I was also allowed to check in at 2pm. Very generous check-out time of 12 noon.
