Location was great

No toilet paper. Had to buy my own. Cockroach was dead in refrigerator. Stove burners did not work. Holes in walls and bathroom doors.

I liked the fact that it was located across the street from a police station.

My room was disgusting. From bugs being rolled up in the towels to broken appliances, it was awful. It was obvious that no one had cleaned the room properly from the last stay. There was hair in the bed, the bed was not comfortable at all, the remote control was broken and had food/grease smeared on it; the overwhelming smell of mildew overtook me when I walked it. It became obvious rather quickly that the shower had not been cleaned or water run through the drains in a while. I had to rinse down the shower and watch bugs, hair and leaves go down the drain. It was a terrible experience.

Decent location

Needs a major overhaul. Place looks long overdue for repairs and upgrades. Roaches in the room.

Very good location

-Air condition and toilet leaking on the floor. -Dirty hand washing sink. -Extra charges by the hotel reception personnel (Apart from Booking.com room charges). -Very very poor customer service. - I could not use the toilet through out the night, until the following morning I found another room toilet to use upon request.

nothing staff was terrible the room was unlivable infested with roaches smell like old cigarettes when I talk to the manager the next day he blew me off but in the same sentence told me to have a good day

when I got to the room the room look nothing like the pictures that you see on the website there were no pots or pans in the kitchen even though there was a stove there was no shampoo or soap in the bathroom but only two medium size towels The office close at seven check in about six around 8 o’clock in the room it was overran by roaches and I do mean roaches were everywhere come in from here in the walls coming from under the bed coming from behind the refrigerator when you go into the kitchen and open the cabinet door roaches with scatter in the bathroom coming up the sink coming out of the tub roaches were everywhere I went to the office to complain and that’s when I found out that the office was closed they had a little red phone on the door I picked it up and the lady answered it and she told me that they have no more rooms available at the office is closed there’s basically nothing she could do and if I didn’t like it I could just check out so I had to deal with it being from out of town but most of the night I slept in my car only to go back into the room when I had to use the bathroom I took pictures and videos to show the disgusting shape of the room I also read the reviews which I should’ve read before reserving any room at this hotel the reviews had so many complaints that mimic what I’m saying going far as 2018 and everyone said around the same thing and they responded bye giving the same generic response we’re sorry we’re working on fixing the issues blah blah blah they have no intentions on ever fix any issues it just gets worse I’m not understanding how anyone else that was at that hotel the night that I was there didn’t run for cover the manager don’t know his name but he’s a black man told me that he got my pictures and after talking to customer relations and as well as the night attendant that apparently stays on that property and takes phone calls that he would do his investigation and he would give me a call within an hour that was when the...

The property looks run down. The air conditioning in my room didn’t work. The tv didn’t work. They say they offer free wifi, but that doesn’t work either. Overall, just an unpleasant experience

The room was smelly, dirty floors, dirty sink and bathroom. Bed was uncomfortable, roaches everywhere, thin walls, loose windows people can easily break in from the outside.

1st day no water, rochesh, dust,microwave not working, broken door, employee behavior( lady) not acceptable very bad
