The small kitchenette that had a dishwasher, microwave and real silverware. The couch that pull out to a bed. The staff was great very welcoming. The free breakfast. The availability to wash my clothes if need be. The cabinet and drawer space in the room was great also..so spacious. The patio outside was very relaxing with the fireplace and the TV in corner to keep you entertained if need be.
What i didnt like were minor things NOT major the air conditioner never shut off its either too hot or too cold you can't control it manually. The TV needs to be updated to a smart TV, taking a bath wasnt really an option it was a small tub, and I don't like the push button on the toilet. The fridge keep beeping in the middle of the night, it would keep setting to defrost mode.

The rooms are new and contain everything you need as far as a kitchen. The bathroom is clean and equipped with the necessities. Plus a sitting area with a sofa, internet connection LAN line and the desk attendants are super helpful. There is an outside sitting area and it’s close to shopping and a fantastic Thai restaurant. I would stay there again.

To start there was no one at the desk. They finally came so I could check in. Got to the room the TV wouldn't work. Tried to call the desk, no answer multiple times. Finally figured out how to fix it myself. Breakfast ended at 9am. Early for a weekend. There were very few choices for a diabetic. No 2% milk only whole. Limited protein choices. Would have helped to at least had peanut butter and sugar free syrup.

Everything is clean and nice. love the breakfast area. the pool looks ok. Everything is good enough for one night. I like that the hotel has a laundry room that we can use (even though we did not get the use it, but could be for future stay.)
Breakfast needs a little more improvement. Everything is cold and needed to be microwaved. To be fair, it tasted alright but microwave meal for breakfast is not ideal for us. May be it is because we stay on weekday but we just expect something a little more fresh.

The room was very nice. The kitchen would have been a great plus, if I had realized there would be no supplies in it. I understood why. I just wish I had known. The website probably gives that info. I just didn't see it.
The mattress was VERY uncomfortable. It was like a park bench with a mattress pad placed on top to soften the concrete. The linens, however, were lovely.
