Breakfast was good. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility, It being a pet friendly hotel. The staff was very kind and professional. They charged us the wrong price when we checked in but quickly fixed it the next morning. Overall a good place to stay if you have pets, which is what we were looking for.

The room’s windows were paper thin and we could hear all outside noises. We understand that it is near a highway, but you need to upgrade your windows. Reservation center was just OK. The operators are a little pushy and slightly hard to understand probably because they’re in another country.

Check in was very easy and well handled. Our room was sparely furnished, but furnishings were in good condition and the premises were clean and in good order. The location was quiet. Staff was helpful at check in and breakfast.

Breakfast was adequate, but not very many cooked choices were offered. There were a few, including sausages, biscuits and grits. Given the price we paid, I did not expect an opulent buffet with many prepared items. It was about what I expected.

Staff were very friendly. Easy ck in and easy ck out. Felt safe. Very comfortable beds.

No extra blankets in room. I probably could of asked for one at the front. The lady doing all the Breakfast needed some help. She did an exceptional job but could of used an extra hand. I would enforce a rule about kids. There was a child I would say around 10 yrs old alone and would get 1 food item after another and take 1 bite and throw it away. She was touching money in tip jar . She threw away spatula for waffles. Just left unattended. But that is cause parents let her come alone. Then she put toast.in toaster and left. It popped up minutes later burnt..whole place smelled.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Tosha was amazing!!! My friend lost their wallet while we were staying at the hotel and she went above and beyond to get in contact with us prior to us leaving. She was very sweet and kind. Her customer service is exceptional. She deserves extra kudos because she was by far the best front desk receptionist I’ve encountered in a long time. Thanks again Tosha for all that you’ve done!! If we’re ever back in Savannah, we will be staying here again!

When I arrived I checked in. The room that I was assigned to was not ready. Went back downstairs the gentleman changed my room. When I opened the door to the new room I was greeted by a dead roach 🪳. Luckily it was a staff member in the hallway and he came to remove it. Brought my leftovers from dinner back to the room,only to notice that the fridge didn’t work 🤦🏽‍♀️.

Beds were comfortable, staff was kind and accommodating and quick to help when we needed it, pretty decent breakfast

Could have been a smidge cleaner (had small hairs on the bathroom floor), no blow dryer, wish the wake maker was in a different location bc it causes mass back up and confusion for people trying to work through the line

Cindy was amazing! We stayed there on our way up to South Carolina, and again on our way back, she was personable, fun, and helped us so much! I am so grateful to her! Morning breakfast was the usual hotel fare, but the gal working in the breakfast room was so pleasant and accommodating! We are so glad we stayed there, in fact, that's why we stayed there on our way back!

I can't think of anything negative, we had everything we needed.

It was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Good location. Air worked well.

It took four times coming back and forth to the front desk to get into a room. First time room stunk, second time air wasn't working, third time he gave us wrong room number key wouldn't work. Fourth time finally got a room!

Super convenient to hop off of & back onto I-95. Awesome bed! Plenty of room. Staff could not have been nicer.

No exhaust fan in bathroom in humid GA. Not dirty by any means but a little slipshod on the cleaning. I’m a bit OCD though, & they were full, so probably swamped w/work! Also, no nearby restaurants, just a Burger King, Taco Bell, & Bojangles. BUT $100+ cheaper per night than nearby Pooler, which is Savannah’s “Interstate/airport hotel & restaurant row.” Worth it to eat from cooler for 1 night!

Was pleasantly surprised when we entered the facility, the room was much bigger than we expected. Everything was nice, clean and smelled clean. The bed was comfortable and so were the pillows! A great night and we decided to stay another night

Lighting at the rear of the building is all I can say needs to be better.
