Overall the property was quite decent. There was some construction going on, however it did not interfere with my stay. I absolutely loved the cleanliness of the rooms and the bathrooms. The shower was everything. The breakfast was even decent. The homemade waffle was my go to. Morning staff (lady) was very polite and professional. Location was good as it was near many stores, restaurants, and shopping centers.

The pool needs to be cleaned and the pool area also needs some type of air circulation in that area even if it’s just a few windows to outdoor air. A lil more variety with breakfast would be nice, such as the availability to sausage and bacon. One of the night staff males had the worst nonchalant attitude there was.

I stayed at this location in Jan 2023 for a week and everyone was so nice that when work scheduled another week down in GA I didn’t even hesitate to book here again! It’s nestled right off the road, but far enough away from I-95 that you don’t have to worry about lights and traffic noises, but it’s close enough to both the airport and all the restaurants/stores on Pooler Parkway that you don’t feel like you’re trekking forever for food and things!

There didn’t seem to be any operating vending options so you needed to make sure you brought drinks and snacks in ahead of time!

The room was spacious and clean. THE ROOMS AND HOTEL ARE NOT THE SAME AS PICTURED! Attached pictures. However, it’s even upgraded. It looks like they got a remodel and everything was nice and clean, new up to date modernness. Bathroom showers were clean and marbled. Would 100% stay here again.

The breakfast was mediocre but still edible lol. They didn’t have much grab and go items or heat up items. They did have biscuits and gravy (just eh), bacon and eggs (also eh). There needs to be more seats in the pool area. But our room was great!!

The hotel just undertook and is still doing major renovations throughout the hole building. The rooms are done so our room was big, very modern, efficient and spotless. We liked the decor, furniture was perfect for a hotel room, very efficient, a lot of electric outlets throughout the room which is always a lack in most rooms and the bathroom was very clean and modern. The staff we dealt with were awesome, welcoming and helpful: John at the reception was quick, friendly and efficient. he provided us with all the information we needed and more. The lady in charge of the breakfast room - I did not get her name - was very nice and friendly and constantly cleaned the room and replenished the buffet.

Main areas are still going through renovations so there was some dust around but it is understandable and it was kept under control as much as possible. Our room had a big empty space in the corner. We would have liked to see a big comfy chair and a lamp in that corner, or a small table and a couple of chairs but maybe this will come later?

I loved that this properties was so clean. My biggest concern for hotel stays is cleanliness, above all else. Hotel was clearly going through a renovation (they had dumpster in back with apparent old furniture and decor). It was clean and modern.

The only think I wasn’t super found of was that breakfast was the exact same thing every morning. On the plus side, it was hot breakfast that was good. it consisted of eggs, waffle maker, bacon, biscuits, and the usual cereal, bagels, bread, oatmeal packets and drinks.

I was comfortable because the room was clean and the furniture and the bathroom were very modern. The setting is quiet and the location is convenient to downtown Savannah. There is a lot in Pooler that is close.

The breakfast could have been better. There was no meat. Even if the meat came from frozen packaging which would not have taken a lot of time or service to thaw and microwave, it would have been better than no meat at all. More fresh fruit would have been appreciated, maybe some yogurt choices. Better quality choices should be provided.

Location to the city park, river walk, restaurants, fresh fruits / vegetables, highway, airport we’re all in close enough proximity. Place was clean, comfortable, but the check in process could be better. Seemed to be a slightly prolonged event to check in with extra money taken out for possible damages?

Prolonged check in and extra money held in case of damages! They already take out for taxes, cleaning, and other said fees that should’ve been fine!!

John, the night manager, is a gem! He always had a smile on his face, he was very helpful, and just made me feel like I was talking to a friend! I would come back just to see him again; along with the one lady at breakfast whose name I cannot remember... she always stopped to chat with me while I was eating and I'm a person who enjoys chatting so it was GREAT!

The wifi seemed to want to cut out a couple of times. IT didn't stop me from working, was just weird.

I like the staff . The rooms are clean and comfortable. They have very hot water for the shower . It’s usually very quiet on the third floor . Their is food and curb /gas stations next to the property . It’s across the road from a area with lots of shopping and tons of restaurants . I stay there every month on business while in Savannah / Pooler area

Room was very good! Room description states two TV's, but there was only one; however a second TV was not necessary. Also the photo of the room was slightly different as to the room depth. But overall stay was very good!

The hotel system was down when we wanted to check out and I was told that the invoice would be emailed, but I had to call the next day to have it emailed to me.
