Really spacious room, great value, and super close to Downtown Savannah and Historic District. It wasn't even a room - it was a suite with a separate room, a living room, and a small kicthenette area.

The room smelled thickly of cigarette smoke even though it was a "non-smoking" room, the sheets weren't exactly clean (there were a lot of stain marks and hair on them), the shower had some weird oily stuff on the water knob and the shower head, and the floors were quite dirty so we had to wear shoes everywhere in the room.

The staff was friendly! The front desk agent who checked me in and out was very helpful during my stay. I will 100% stay there again. The location was great, the room was clean.

Hallway did have a slight musty smell that I believed was maybe old carpeting, I would suggest replacing the carpet with new or viynl plank flooring similar to rooms. The breakfast wasn't exactly what I had in mind. The warming standing was dated and needed to be replaced. The dining/causal area could use a bit more family sitting. Overall, it was a nice comfortable hotel for the price and the location.

I used to live in Savannah, so I am familiar with the city. I return monthly for appointments and am extremely pleased I have found this location. I have found this facility to be clean, orderly and the associates are more than willing to treat the guests with respect, a smile and to handle any needs of the guests. We came to Savannah for our anniversary and in all my excitement I accidentally double booked the room and the manager was kind enough to cancel the one room. That allowed us to relax and enjoy our visit. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very accommodating. Thank you Sleep Inn!

The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. The rooms were comfortable and spacious.

It was sometimes loud at night in the hallways. The cops were called and a woman running down the hall screaming wasn't very peaceful, but it was only one night out of thr 7 total nights.

It was very close to our destination

During our checking in, the desk clerk was texting on his phone instead of giving us his undivided attention. I asked him to make some changes, and bc he was preoccupied with his phone, it wasn't done. During checkout, the young lady made the necessary changes

I like how clean it was the breakfast was good nd the staff was friendly and nice. The room was clean.

The only thing I didn’t like was how hard it was to close the room door and bathroom door.

The room was presentable and clean and the bed was quite comfortable. The desk staff was very courteous. All amenities were available during the pandemic. There was only a $50 incidental fee compared to other hotels in the area. The room rate was definitely affordable compared to other quality hotels in the city.

Breakfast during the weekday was inadequate. Staff told me they have a full breakfast during the weekends. Weekday breakfast consisted of bagels, waffles, apples, packets of oatmeal and grits, terribly sweet orange juice and apple juice, and your usual coffee and tea. They had no dairy products whatsoever. Housekeeping staff was nice but mysterious. I felt a bit uneasy when he knocked on our door an hour before checkout. When we finally walked out the room (before we even closed the room door) he mysteriously appeared around the corner and asked if we were checking out. It felt a bit creepy.

We had taken our stuff out of the room in case we didn't make it back prior to 11. Put Do NOT Disturb on door.

Although the Do Not Disturb was on the door they proceeded to clean the room prior to 1100 check out.

Breakfast was excellent. Front desk staff friendly and helpful and thoughtful.

Comfortable chairs or a loveseat in the room would have been nice
