Probably the best handicap bathyse have stayed in in midtown Savannah. Easy shower access . Proper shower heads . Appropriate seating . Plenary of stable handle bars.

No rooms cleaned unless you stay 5 days . Blame it on COVID but we ride elevators together, we eat together… Almost terrible breakfast but they all are . Toast and cereal with nice staff is as good as it gets anywhere. Lastly, the room needed a chair and there was plenty of space for a chair . There was a rolling desk chair but their should have been a stationary sit down chair where you could put your shoes on or watch TV .

The hotel was nice and clean. I would mostly definitely booked with them again.

I didn't like the fact that they only have one meat option for breakfast and need more waffle makers to speed things up.

That you have to pay $12.00 a day to park at a hotel that you have already paid for so I feel like parking should be free if you are staying at the hotel .

It was nice to have some hot options for breakfast. It was also nice that there were some low calorie options.

Please buy sliced bagels. I am temporarily experiencing a severe problem with my right knee and had a hard time with the low toilets. I think every hotel should put the higher toilets in all of their rooms. No one asked me about my handicaps when I booked or checked in. I was unhappy that I was only able to access my room by climbing the 5 steps from the garage. I met another couple in the garage that was also having some problems with the steps there.

the rooms were a good size, the hotel was very clean, it was very convenient to be able to park on the same floor as my room, the staff was very friendly and polite.

the sleeper sofa was very uncomfortable.

The room was beautiful and the bed was so comfortable. OMGOODNESS! Can we talk about the shower? The shower was so soothing that I didn’t want to get out. Actually, I think I stayed in the shower for about 30 minutes. 😉

The only downfall was the view from our room. I asked for a room with a nice view for my 80 yr. old Mother and our view from the 7th floor was the parking lot. 😟 This is the only thing I can think of that we were dissatisfied with.

the deadbolt on the door didn’t work! they didn’t know how to fix it and said they would tell a manager! They never fixed it! our room had no trash cans in it and the shower was very slippery my husband slipped!

Room was quiet, clean and nicely decorated. I loved the art work behind the lobby counter!!!

I checked in late and was told my room had been cancelled. Since I was charged for the night, I'm not sure why it was cancelled, The check in staff was not rude but did not seem to understand why I was irritated. I saw nothing in the confirmation that stated I could not check in late.

Breakfast could have been better with someone there to clear the tables and replenish whatever was getting over... kettle in the room please . Microwave is not the best way to heat water ...
