Customer service was excellent the free breakfast the kitchen ladies was exceptional n helpful the price of the room was affordable the room was clean sizable in a great location where shopping n restaurants r good technology romantic kid friendly a pool safe environment

The room is a little outdated with the decor the carpets need replacement the dinning area chairs n table needs to b replaced very unstable broken n please add cheese to b served No activities n area r at the facility the 2 luggage carts either was broken r not to b found

The breakfast was the best compared to the numerous other hotels that I have stayed in. The staff that manages the breakfast was incredibly friendly and kind.

I was double charged for my room and I had to call when I got home. It’s frustrating that the night staff on 4/21/23 thought I needed to be double charged for a room that I had paid for through a 3rd party

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and breakfast area was accessible and big enough. The room was a nice big size and very clean.

The air conditioner did not seem to want to keep up with the thermostat and it made a ticking noise throughout the day and night. It was not so terrible that we could not go to sleep, but if you woke up in the night and heard it, it was hard to fall back asleep. Other than that, it was a superb experience.

Great location. Walking distance to several restaurants. Chipotle is literally right next door within arms reach. The staff was excellent. The breakfast was delicious! Great coffee! The room was nice and clean. Comfy beds. I would definitely stay here again!

We loved the breakfast, and were so pleased with the helpfulness of the ladies who were taking care of the food items (making sure there was plenty of food, etc). The room was clean and the facilities were all very pleasant.

The staff was awesome, especially the woman that was making sure that everyone had a delicious breakfast every morning...She was amazing.

That we had to leave. Hope to stay there more often since my son is attending Georgia Southern University.

The toilet handle had to be pushed upwards, otherwise it will constantly run. A bigger trash can in the room would have been great since we have a baby.

The location was great and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

The breakfast lacked variety based on past experiences staying at the Hampton Inn. I normally enjoy staying at these locations because of their breakfast offerings but I was somewhat disappointed at this location.

Good location to Georgia Southern University and walking distance to restaurants. AJ checked us in and was awesome!

The room was a little stuffy. Needs to be fresher, smell better. I had to rooms: carpet needs to be replaced in room 326 and the chair needs to be replaced in room 324.

Room was great and the young man at the desk made the visit more enjoyable by his positive attitude

The price for 2 nights was worse than staying in NYC or California.
