Fantastic European breakfast with Dutch coffee…

Rooms were up on second floor. Excessive amount of stairs needed to be climbed. We were okay with it but someone with a walking issue would have a problem AND this is not listed in literature of B n B…

the owner was absolutely amazing. Her cooking was to die for. Her homemade pastries you can’t get them any better. she was such a wonderful hostess. The rooms are elegant and cozy. She cared about what you needed and made sure you had everything.

I realized mid afternoon that there weren't going to be places to eat dinner near the B&B and then I saw that they also offer dinner. I called and Els immediately offered to cook dinner for us and gave us a choice of three entrees. We have a gluten free eater and his needs were accommodated as well. When we arrived we had some time to freshen up and then were served a delicious dinner, complete with dessert, that was far far nicer (and more nutritious) than a fast food meal would have been. (we paid extra for the dinner, but it was a reasonable price.) The house is delightful - classic, graceful and beautiful. The room we had was enormous, the beds comfortable and the bath elegant. The only complaint I would offer is that the window air conditioner unit was a bit loud, and that is pretty nitpicky as the units in hotel rooms are often very loud! Our breakfast the next day was a true Continental breakfast with delicious breads (including some amazing croissants cooked by Els herself, and served with fig preserves made from her own figs), meats and cheeses, as well as eggs cooked to order. A wonderful way to start the rest of our journey. The house is full of antiques and beautiful pieces to look at.

Just the somewhat noisy air conditioner, and really it wasn't a big deal!

The facility is very well decorated making it very comfortable. If I had to describe the facility, I would have to use all the adjectives in the Webster dictionary.

There was nothing to dislike.

Breakfast was wonderful every morning. Els made us feel right at home. She went out of her way to give us the extra special touches. Aside from the hospitality, they are just genuinely very nice people and great conversationalists. We would highly recommend a stay here.

Els provided me with a superb breakfast in a lovely location in the house. The food was excellent and fresh every day.

Food was excellent. Jacuzzi was outstanding. Accommodations were first class.

The toilets were too high. My wife’s feet dandled when she sat down. We solved that by using a foot stool.

Everything was excellent!! Homemade treats and figs we had a meal there for dinner and it was delicious!

The outside was a little off but they are fixing it up.

Setting very uniquely European. Quiet and well set up. Lovely big bedrooms.

The area is a bit remote - find your dinner before you arrive at B&B.

Absolutely lovely old home that had been refurbished by the owners.
