Comfort Inn & Suites Cordele

The property was clean and the beds were very comfortable. My daughter and I stopped for 1 night on our way to FL. A couple hours after we checked out I realized I had left my favorite pair of earrings in the bathroom. I called and the housekeeper had found them. They kept them for me until my daughter and I were traveling back through the area a week later and could pick them up. When I picked them up the front desk staff knew exactly where they were and I got my earrings back! I was pleasantly surprised to know there are still honest people in this world!

The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. The towels and linens were of good quality and very soft. The included breakfast provided a good variety for most peoples' needs,, from cereal to breakfast sausage . We were happy to see that even a waffle-maker was there. There is always good coffee in the lobby, which is great.

The pool was closed for the second stay within 10 days. The room air conditioner a bit loud. One cannot adjust the fan speed on them to reduce the noise.

everything was clean, the breakfast was solid, and the staff was patient, friendly and extremely helpful. Special recognition for Veronique at the front desk who went above and beyond during a busy check in to help us switch rooms when the first one we were assigned had a malfunctioning door.

the door of our original room was sticky and didn’t close properly. they should have also had two people working the check in counter in the evening due to the high volume of guests.

We liked about everything! The hot breakfast was good. Sausage patties, Eggs (Eggs were great, the best I've had at any hotel chain!). They had all the other stuff too, like cereal, yogurt, fruit, pastries, and best of all, coffee!!! Pool wasn't open, that was ok with us, we went down to ride the train (SAM Shortline) to Plains, GA. The A/C on the train quit working in our car on the way back!! It was very HOT!! So if going in the summer in south Georgia, ask them if their A/C is working!! The staff at the Comfort Inn and Suites were great!! Beds were very comfy. If in that area again, I would definitely stay here again.

The only thing we didn't like about it, there wasn't a TV in the "living room area". It had a nice couch and chair, just no TV in there, you had to lay on the bed to watch any TV. We paid extra for the suite thinking there would be a TV in there. I will ask next time!! Just an extra note, which is NOT at all the hotels fault, but we were eaten alive by the knats. I guess it's a South Georgia thing, we live in northern part of Georgia above Atlanta and have never seen it like that with swarms of them.

clear new property well maintained. The room was huge, but a lot of waisted space. The bed was very far from where the tv was.

the rooms closest to the expressway hear a lot of road noise. they need better windows to block out the noise. Always request a room on the back side of the hotel.

No variety on hot breakfast bar. Had to request refills of breads and some condiments. Had to go to front desk to request towels, wash cloths every day. Had to request that your room he cleaned.

strong wifi that never closed. breakfast was good. Exhaust fan in bathroom. close to 75. appreciated previous comments that there is no place to eat close so we ate before arriving.

general maintenance needs to be better. furniture was beat up in many places. door didn’t close, had to really push hard to close. equipment in exercise room needs to be oiled.

Quiet and places nearby to eat. Traveling to Florida beach for holiday weekend. Great place to stop since I had already cleared Atlanta!

There was an odd statement from the front desk about what it would cost me if I rear the room up. There was also what appeared to be people partying in front of the hotel in a car with a dog inside.

We went down for breakfast with an hour to go on the time but rubbery eggs, just sausage greasy, no bacon. I ate a banana and husband couldn't eat his eggs and half sausage. All the staff was superb but was expecting more on breakfast though. Thanks
