Ilikai Lite

Room was lovely, a view to ocean as requested. We enjoyed early mornings and sunsets on the balcony. The hotel is beautiful. Breakfast and dinner at Cinamons was great. Food was very good. Server's were friendly and helpful.

No bellhop when we checked in at 5pm. He was gone for the day. Huh? Buying ice in the store? No. Not sure what the $25 amenity fee was for but we didn't even have bottled water for the room.

One block-ish from beach; on site restaurant, ice cream shop and convenience store; cold A/C; free use of beach towels and beach chairs; location for tour bus stops; price.

“Beachfront” not exactly beachfront; had to walk to the Hilton Hawaiian Village beach. Pools close at 7:00 p.m. Bathrooms need to be updated. Cleanliness needs improvement.

I was very happy with the location and the room met my expectations for most of the check boxes but I found out that I paid an excessive amount because I could have gotten a better price elsewhere.

After I did more research it appears that I was paying a premium for a non-premium room.

Rooms were comfortable and clean.. kitchen was very well furnished , the hotel is very close to the beach..overall good value for your money

There is no ice machine in the whole hotel.. we bought a bag of ice every morning to use.. it is cheap.. but I think the hotel could spare their guests of buying one , pretty sure they won't go broke if they won't sell a few extra bags of ice per day. The day we arrived there was a cherry (the fruit) on the floor on our way to our room.. the day we left (6 days later) the freaking cherry was still there at the very same spot.. despite of the hotel staff being there every morning to clean the common areas.. that makes me wonder if they miss a red cherry clearly displayed on the floor, how is the room cleaning process ? (picture) Our safebox stopped working and nobody showed up to fix it, despite 2 or 3 requests to do it.

I loveeee this location! It was perfect! I will definitely come back. The staff was really friendly and helpful from the front desk staff to the valet staff! They made me feel so welcome, so I stayed another 5 days! Lol! I stayed at other hotels. But this was the best one yet! Thanks again for the amazing experience! See you guys soon :)

Nothing at all. I loved everything!

Every Friday evening is Hawaii/Lua dance and singing group is performing courtyard for free and very entertaining. Every Tuesday, $2 for ice cream shop and very popular place. Also, every Thursday and Tuesday is some music performance at pool area too. We really loved it and the valet parking is fast and friendly.

Well situated and great to be in an iconic hotel in Hawaii. The staff were friendly and helpful and even gave us some bubbly to help celebrate our anniversary. Of all the places we stayed during our stay in Hawaii, especially on Oahu, this felt like we were in Hawaii. Loved the ice-bream, nachos and water vouchers.

The facilities are a bit dated now and need some refreshing.

The location is great. The staff was very friendly. Close walk to beach, lagoon, and harbor.

The on-site restaurants were closed due to covid. The hotel could use a bit of updating.

/breakfast was good and I loved having a newspaper in the morning. Location is good and service was excellent.

Elevators were slow, and doors closed on people getting in. Carpets and furniture were dated, There was no shower cap. building is a bit dated. Pool is too small. Cannot really swim. Wifi was a problem. Toilet paper was poor quality.
