July 2022

it was close to Waikiki beach

Upon leaving after a week stay I got a call from Sandra at the front desk and she said that they were going to charge me $350 for damages to the room when I left. She said there was some black marks on the ceiling. I told her that I had noticed that when we checked in to our room but thought nothing of it since most hotels/resorts have some general wear and tear. She seemed to understand and I never did hear from her again. *****so my advice to anyone staying here is to make sure you take pics and make a note for the front desk of anything that is amiss when you get to your room. They will try to hold you accountable for anything that wasn’t previously noted from the prior occupant. Other than that I would definitely stay here again!

perfectly located right next to Hawaiian Village and the swimming lagoon. had 2 very yummy restaurants right at the hotel, we tried both of them were very good. also a coffee shop and ice cream shop in the hotel. Room was very large for the price. every day you got fresh towels for the pool or beach up front, and a small beach chair rental for free. Also bottled water vouchers which were nice. Felt safe, we were able to leave our beautiful balcony sliding door open all day and night loved sleeping to the noise of the ocean and fresh Hawaiian air! also let us upgrade to a beautiful ocean view room for only $20/night!

Room was clean, but carpet needs renovation as well as the king sized bed, was super hard. the pull out sofa was just typical. they “ran out of pillows”, would have been nice to have a few extra. towels were also sparse. No maid service unless you had a week stay we only had 5 days. they did take out garbage on our request. No room service from the restaurants inside the hotel not too sure why. Tjere was no mirrors except I’m the bathroom, would have been nice to have a full length somewhere as we had 4 ladies getting ready. Also , the pool was not refreshing and felt very much like bath water. not that we spent much time there anyway when you have the beautiful ocean to swim in! AC worked but was kinda funky and unpredictable.

We loved the view from the room, we loved the size of the room and the fact that it had all the amenities we required ie. couch, kitchen, bed, lanai furniture. Loved the pool location Loved the general atmosphere of the whole hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

The fact that we couldn't get our room cleaned every day. I get it, due to to COVID etc but i feel that we were still paying a premium price and not getting that additional service.

Love the location next to the Hilton Hawaiian village, overlooking the lagoon and nightly luau if you choose a partial sunset view room. Also close to Ala Moana and Ward Village. Generous sized bathroom, and stand alone shower, so you don't have to get in and out of bath when showering. Well equipped kitchen if you want to have some meals in your room. Full sized fridge, oven, microwave. Comfortable couch in front of the tv.

The bed was hard, but the staff quickly supplied a foam underlay on request. Our tv played up pretty constantly, but guest services were quick to provide an engineer to correct the problems. The cleaning in the bathroom looked like it was rushed as the floor was dirty in the corners and behind the toilet.

Amazing view of ocean, lagoon and Friday night fireworks from lanai. Quiet and convenient location 15-20 min walk away from Waikiki. Close to Ala Moana Foodland, Target, and Don Quijote. Hotel provided vouchers for free bottled water and scoop of ice cream at Dave’s (delicious!) and had free cultural show and music on Friday night. Public parking and garage nearby were better priced than valet at hotel.

Suite did not have dishwasher and room was not clean. There was rice on the counter, stains on the dish strainer, sand and dirt in the dresser drawers, and hair in the shower. Shower was small and looked worn compared to rest of the updated suite. We cleaned the room ourselves and were given a new dish strainer when we complained about it.

We booked two units for two nights and were given rooms together on the 24th floor with a partial view of the pool and a small view of the sea. The rooms had balconies, so we were extra cautious with our littlies. Service at checkin was great and we were able to leave our luggage until 12. A short walk to Waikiki Beach and plenty of eating places a shorty walk away also bus stop across the road. Cost $3. We were lucky with a special fireworks display. There is one run by the Hilton next door at 7.45 on Fridays. The rooms had lovely appliances and beds were comfortable. Ice cream parlor on site was yum. We also took the glass lift up the beautiful restaurant on the very top for happy hour. Even with a couple of youngsters we were made most welcome and the food was delicious.

We really enjoyed the pool but it was quite warm and could have done with more options for shade

Really great location on the beach in Waikiki, walkable to the mall and tons of food options. Daily vouchers for on-site ice cream and purified water bottles were a really great bonus to the stay. The staff are very friendly and the pools are nice.

The hotel is also a condo building, so there's a huge mix of people here -- some shopping, some living, some visiting, some eating. It can make the lobby and elevators feel busy.

We were in the sunset room on 23rd floor and the views were exceptional, the layout of the room was great. We had 3 people staying in the room and it worked well with one person on the sofa as there was plenty of room. Having a full kitchen was great, as it meant we could enjoy breakfast in our room. The balcony is large with good setup of chairs and a table.

We stayed for 2 weeks and one of the weeks the pool was shut for maintenance, lucky that we love the beach,

-huge updated clean room and bathroom (shower had great water pressure) -city view was pretty (try to get a floor 15 and higher) -full kitchen had basically everything you need to cook meals -great location (at the marina end of Waikiki), very close to Ala Moana (about a 5 min walk, less than 2 min drive to foodland), very close to the airport (about a 15 mins drive light to no traffic) -lots of shops and places to eat on and off property; good ice cream and coffee shop; cinnamons is one of our favorite breakfast spots; on site store with groceries, there’s also an abc superette across the street. -fast elevators (we were on the 22nd floor) -very friendly and helpful staff -fast in room wifi -free bottle water daily included in your reservation and 2 scoops of ice cream at Dave’s (on-site ice cream shop) -fitness center had a good number of cardio and weight machines -small but nice pool areas; easy access to the Hilton village beach and lagoon (although it’s a bit of a walk from the hotel)

-cooking utensils need to be updated, plastic is melting on a lot of them -valet parking is pricey, but comparable to everywhere else in Waikiki. There is self parking available but it’s not directly attached to the property. -street noise can be loud at times but nothing that kept us up at night, just typical city sounds

Richelle at the front desk was beyond amazing and ever so helpful! The room was plenty of room for the 3 of us. The kitchen was spacious and the layout of the room was nice. Would definitely stay again.

There were younger adults in a few rooms down from us blasting their music until 5am and out on the lanai talking. Not even my ear plugs could block out their bass from their music.
