EVERYTHING! I walked in to my place to a special chocolate and birthday greeting as I checked in on my actual birthday. THANK YOU, ASTON staff. I was SO TOUCHED. The location is less than a couple minutes from Poipu beach and 5 mins from Grand Hyatt. The property is beautiful with nicely maintained walking grounds. The staff are smiley, friendly and warm and wave and say hello on the property even while they are driving around in their carts. My one bed place was fully furnished from kitchenware, a kitchen, washer and dryer just to name a few. It was SUCH A SWEET TREAT to come home to home after a long day touristing. I loved the fans in every area. It exceeded my expectations from looking at the photos. It has a porch with sofas and a full dining table and chairs. They even provide beach chairs, towels, beach umbrellas, an actual big rain umbrella, snorkeling gear! There’s a little cute nook area with a chair and phone. I also loved the living room space and bar area looking out into the outdoor patio. I loved the color scheme and furniture. The whole place was very spacious and can definitely accommodate 4 people comfortably. This was BY FAR MY BEST PLACE BOOKED here on Booking.com. I LOVED easy access to everywhere through the resort ground pathways and they are well lit also. You can seriously walk to any of the resorts, the beach and other beaches.

The refrigerator was loud and I think I could hear the upstairs’ fan going when I was trying to sleep so I had to use ear plugs. I’m just very sensitive to the slightest noise.

The condo was big, all appliances were functioning fine. Beautiful views, balconies facing lushy green palms. Easy access to Poipu beach, 14 min slow enjoyable walk with kids or 3 mins by car, easy beach parking. Great community from across all North America, most folks were families with kids. Nice and friendly staff. A few reviews complain about no central A/C. That was not an issue at all. It's close to the sea and breezy at night. It was easy to adjust.

I requested a two bedroom suite thinking this was an Aston Hotel. We were upgraded to an actual house which was lovely and beautifully appointed.

Although we were upgraded to a house which was gorgeous, we were nowhere near a pool, which, when we found it, was tiny tiny; nor were we near the beach. I think that the advertisement for this property needs to specify that this is not a hotel, but a condo and single family community apparently managed by Aston.

Walking distance from beaches, close to shopping and restaurants..very convenient location. Clean and pretty landscaping. No AC which I would have preferred but that's something that many places in Hawaii dont have so I expected no AC.... but I appreciated that there was a cooling system in the living area which helped alot after a day of sun. I appreciated the beach chairs, which was very useful!

It would have been nice that they provide some basic condiments like salt, pepper to cook with or flavor our food with.

The property is well kept and clean. It had everything we needed from a washer and dryer to a stocked kitchen with cook wear, dishes and much, much more. Beach towels, chairs, scuba and beach stuff was available for use in the unit. It was well decorated, I loved that the mattresses and box springs were fully encased which put me at ease of the bed bug situation you hear about when staying in hotels and other places. The pool was right outside of the master bedroom and there were two nice lanai’s with tables and chairs. Due to the office closing at 7pm I appreciate the staff for having a lock box with a code that housed the keys for us to access for our room due to our late arrival. I truly appreciate the contact they made with me a few days before and the day of my arrival to make sure we were taken care of.

I was surprised not to have air conditioning in the home. It a bit uncomfortable at first but we adjusted with windows and doors open while running the ceiling fans. It would have been nice to know in advance of no air condition in the unit. When I checked in the next morning I mentioned it and the lady at whe front desk offered to give us complimentary fans for our stay.

The condo was even larger than I expected! It was laid out well and had everything we needed, even beach chairs! The staff at the front desk could not have been more helpful! Kaysha helped us with check in and check out. They were even so kind as to allow us an extra hour to pack and they held our bags until we left for the airport!

Clean, comfortable, spacious

I couldn’t figure out how to turn on the ceiling fan for more than 4 hours at a time. Memory foam mattresses get warm and it would have been nice to have ceiling fans running throughout the night. I would have liked hand soap and a kettle in the room

The apartment was well-supplied and spacious. We were so comfortable there! The walk to the beach was about 12 minutes and was through beautiful gardens. The pool was so close to our room and was great!

The air conditioning unit in the smaller bedroom filled with water and it wasn't clear at first how to empty it. Instructions should be provided.

Was not quite sure what to expect when we booked, but our unit was fantastic! Loved the walkway down to the beaches. Unit itself was clean and spacious. Opened all shutters and balcony doors to let the breeze flow thru. There is only AC in the bedroom, which was fine by us. Unit was fully equipped with everything we needed.

AC unit a bit noisy, but we slept thru it.

The condo was clean and had an updated kitchen and bathroom. We enjoyed the main pool and the units’ close proximity to the beach.

The carpet and furniture will need replacing as it was stained in our particular condo. We have stayed in three different condos on previous trips and never had a problem with having no air conditioner in the living room/ kitchen area. However, our condo in Kahala was hot. It was barely tolerable during the day.
