Lovely resort. Location was fantastic, room was HUGE and amazing for us with a toddler in tow. Bathroom had two rooms to it. Kitchen and laundry was absolutely key and allowed us to feel at "home". Staff was wonderful, informative and kind and always willing to help. Pool was just amazing, so many good things to say about it and the resort in general.

The ONLY thing missing from this resort is that I wish it was on the beach! It was slightly a pain with a toddler to pack into the car each time we wanted to go to the beach. Otherwise everything else was fantastic and we would stay again.

Awesome pool, but rooms were comfortable and quiet. They were very accommodating with us switching our rooms. They text you with updates and you can text the front desk with questions, which was really convenient. Gorgeous property and hotel with a luxurious feel.

Too restrictive on the waterslide (height requirement was more than other hotels, can’t use inner tubes, kids can’t go with parents, etc.). Not much in the way of ocean views. Pull out couch was really noisy and uncomfortable (thin mattress) so we ended up upgrading to a much more expensive room to get two actual beds and then the mattresses were not as comfortable as the first room.

The pool and restaurant on location were very nice! We liked that it was within walking distance to a lot of places to eat.

That we spent a lot more at this resort for a view of the dumpster near Holoholo Grill, where you view at the next place was of the NaPali coast mountains, and that place was a good amount cheaper. Also, there were a couple small stains on our sheets from before we got there and robes looked to have seen better days. For the price we pay, I kind of expect better with that stuff.

The resort is beautiful. The Villas we rented were perfect. The pool is amazing, they also have complimentary swim diapers available as well as Sun bum sunscreen, I found this very handy. We also enjoyed the daily activities. The location is great. The resort has complimentary shuttle service which comes in very handy for eating off site, shopping, even going to the beach.

There is nothing to dislike about this resort. The market store is a little pricey however there are other markets located nearby. Again nothing to dislike here.

Pool was amazing. Room size was normal nothing too special but it had washer dryer, stove and fridge! Which we loved

Some of the staff could be a bit friendlier. It was pretty pricey for everything but understandable with the size of the resort. It would be nice to have some kid friendly classes or activities throughout the week - not just adult like yoga or art.

The place is beautiful and full of nature! The pools are nice and heated, always clean, and the place will let you borrow towels for free. The staff was always super friendly as well! The rooms had a pretty good size with all amenities you would need. One really useful thing if you are not renting a car is the shuttle they provide for free to take you to nearby places.

Although the room was big, the bed was extremely soft, being very uncomfortable to sleep for big people (6'6" ~290lbs). Also, considering the price, I would expect either more stuff to be included (eg breakfast), or at least more dining options - there's only one restaurant, which IS really good, but always had 20~30min waiting lines and was pricey (30~40 USD/person).

Pool and grounds were beautiful. Room was very comfortable and nice. Great to have the full kitchen and laundry. Staff was helpful. Location nice and central to the Poipu area.

Only thing we would have changed is perhaps the location of our room. It was quiet and private but view of the parking lot. Wish we could have changed that. Seemed expensive w/out a nice view. The instructions on services during stay could have been pointed out more by the front desk. Wish the gym was open.

Breakfast, pool, staff, drinks, and location was great. The grounds were also very beautiful. Property overall was great.

At first we were put in a handicap access room (which we did not select). When we realized we were in the wrong room we asked to switched to a different room and the staff was great about this. We then packed up our belongings and moved to the new room. The new room was great but the view/balcony was of the laundry services which tended to be loud and it was not a good view so we unfortunately did not spend much time on the balcony.

Like the location. We liked the pool area with kids and access to beach After bad check in experience and delayed housekeeping on day 2, staff was nice enough to give us satisfaction credit towards stay and also ensured housekeeping was on time going forward

Late check in, room was not super clean and delayed on housekeeping that our room was not cleaned until 5pm after repeated requests. Loud music at night at holohologrill until 10pm on certain days

the place was perfect! excellent pool, customer service and the one bedroom room was plenty of room. Some of the best food we ate on the island was here at the hotel

expensive but worth it
