Clean, quiet, excellent breakfast, plenty of room, good lobby seating area, good lighting in parking area.

killed 2-daddy long leg spiders in bathroom on different days, bath tub non slip mat to small, slipped getting out of shower onto tile floor due to bath floor towel also being to small, TV reception kept going out losing reception while trying to watch TV. Had to go up elevator to 2nd floor to get ice because there was no ice machine on 1st floor.

Breakfast was excellent ! The room was perfect, wishing we stayed longer.

I was VERY surprised at this hotel. Everything exceeded expectations here. Our room was bigger than expected. The beds were wonderful. The TV worked simply (hotel TVs aren't simple in my experience). The Wifi was strong and fast. Oh, and the breakfast was way beyond what we expected. Way beyond. I think our breakfast beat out what Perkin's had on offer across the street (which we went to for dinner the night before and were underwhelmed with). Just a wonderful stay.

The pool probably could have used a bit more cleaning. Not sure if the filter needed changing or what. The water was just a bit cloudy.

Modern rooms, with everything that you would expect from a modern hotel. New furniture. Nice staff. And the breakfast was amazing.

This is a small detail, but me and the rest of my family like to sleep with the lights off, in pitch black darkness. There was an some kind of tech (maybe a smoke detector, maybe an internet router, I don't know) imbedded into the ceiling that had a small green led light that flashed arrhythmically about 5 flashes per second. It's not noticeable with all the lights on, except if you open your eyes after you fall asleep with all the lights off, it looks like someone is having a fireworks show off into the distance. It was extremely annoying, to the point where I couldn't sleep because of it.

The hotel is brand new! Very modern and clean. Breakfast is available from 6am-10am, which I felt is even better than most hotels that only serve until 9am. We arrived later than originally planned, but their pool is open until 10pm (another bonus!) so we got a little family swim time in before heading to bed. Faith was working at the front desk when we arrived and was very professional and kind. Check-in was seamless and informative! (see photo) Our two girls slept just fine in the King Suite we chose (sofa bed for the 4 year old, we brought the pack-n-play for the 2 year old).

The hotel is right off the interstate, so it was a little noisy at times, but nothing we couldn’t sleep through. There was a lot of snow when we arrived, so figuring out how to get to the hotel was a bit tricky, but not unmanageable.

The woman who checked us in was so helpful and kind even though the was a mix-up with our reservation. The rooms were nice and clean and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

The only issue we had was that our bathroom fan was broken, or it just didn't have a fan. It was annoying and more smelly than we'd prefer, but still livable.

We would have rated this a perfect 10 except the hot water in the shower wasn't ever hot-it was always just warm and the water pressure was too low in our sink-we barely had water coming out. The only thing I can think of was the extreme cold outside was most likely affecting these things. Outside of these two items it was wonderful. The staff was great-the food was great, and the beds were super comfortable . We would stay here again.

It was exceptionally nice and exceptionally clean.

The only issue was when we were checking out, we wanted to use a different card. They tried but they were not successful, although they acted like they were able. The card I didn’t want to be charged was charged in the end. It is what it is. This would not hinder me staying in the future. (Pillows were not too good. We will bing our own next time.;)) It’s an exceptional facility.

Samantha at the font desk was so helpful at check in. The room was so clean and roomy, the beds very comfortable, pool & hot tub clean with towels available, and breakfast was out of this world. Breakfast had so many options everyone was satisfied. My grandson said it's the best hotel he's ever stayed at.

Wish prices weren't so high right now. But his economy...

The whole facility was so clean and inviting. The breakfast options wer very good and the food extra tasty. Really enjoyed staying there. I would definitely stay there again.
