Hampton Inn Lewiston, ID

Manager on in the evening was very kind. Offer us a different room that was for disabled not near the elevator and let us look at it to make sure it met my needs with my manual wheelchair and brought up a roll away bed for my son because it was only a king size bed room. The room was large and I was still able to get around with the extra bed in the room. He even discounted the cost of the room and was very kind in telling us that the disabled room near the elevator would be noisy and offering us a choice. The view was great. The hotel was clean. Breakfast was good. All the staff there were friendly and helpful.

I have nothing that wasn't great.

The morning breakfast was great and so nice, the reason we were so happy they have a shuttle bus that came to the airport in Lewiston, ID and brought us to the motel and when we walked into our room, both my husband and I said.... WOW!!!!!!!!!! so any raise from my husband means excellent... for sure and it was and the shuttle took us to the airport when we had to go. back home.. thanks it was super wonderful

Wish they would have more meals or a bar in there as we had to order a pizza and that was okay and the pizza place delivered it to us.. really, really nice and lots of food choices in that area.... so nice..

Beautiful room, comfortable bed, roomy bathroom. Good but not great breakfast. Excellent coffee!

Front desk clerk apparently new, and needs a bit more training. She struggled with providing correct information on the handicapped accessible rooms for a customer in front of me, and appeared to need to actual see the rooms in question so she can describe them properly. Eggs had been sitting out too long and had separated.

Didn’t use the breakfast. Location was near our dinner preference. Room was quiet

Wifi was very hard to connect even staff had a problem. It was a young person staying in the hotel that helped me connect. I had asked for a top floor room as we were travelling for my wife’s birthday and did not receive one.

We requested top floor rooms, elderly father was with us in the next room. Hotel was well maintained, it was very clean, comfortable in a nice location on the hill with views from lobby/breakfast room. Breakfast was good & staff were friendly.

Staff were amazing, location was great. Breakfast was good (not including fruit). Facility was clean, staff were on point at keeping everything tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful without being underfoot.

For the price, I found the room design lacking more of a glorified motel 6. Trash receptacles openings were small (had to fold plates to put in). No laundry bag in room. Fruit was below acceptable standard.

the breakfast was great, good variety, everything was so accessible, everyone was very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and had a great view of the valley. We will definitely be back again

The room was comfortably appointed. I loved lounging on the chaise while watching tv and reading. The bed was so cozy! I liked the abundance of counter space and shelves in the bathroom so I could keep everything within reach as I did my morning/evening routines.

The toilet seat needs to sit higher. The breakfasts were disappointing and repetitive. I know the choices you can offer are limited by Covid protocols but some protein beyond sweetened yogurt would have been nice.

The room was clean,the beds were very comfortable, and they had an exceptionally good breakfast .

The price was normally $100 less expensive than that particular weekend. I thiñk a graduation was taken place close by.

Nice view from the room and the terrace. Breakfast options were good and we were able to enjoy it outside. Room spacious and clean. All ok.

Getting to a restaurant without a car from here pretty much not possible. But we know, that's not unusual here.
