The manager, Jennifer seems to wear ALL hats every day, all hours. We were here for about a week to drop off my nephew for his freshman year at WSU. They were short staffed but you might not realize it unless you pay attention. The front desk staff are always available to answer questions and provide amenities like TP as needed since housekeeping requires advance requests. They refill coffee, replenish breakfast items, prep those yummy evening cookies...you name it! They're on it! I even saw Jennifer mopping floors while manning the desk! Superior service and always with a smile. Thank you for the best service we have had in a long time!!! Will be back!

Our room was fine but my sister's room had a strong musty odor which bothered her. Carpets in the hallway had small pieces of trash for the first 2 days before someone vacuumed. Since we had dogs with us it was a concern until then. Pretty minor things, considering the staffing levels during a very busy season with college kids moving in.

The breakfast was great, always an added bonus when traveling. Room was clean, comfortable and ready when we arrived. The facilities looked good, although we did not use them. Good locations, lots of options for dinner nearby. The 7 p.m. cookies were delicious!

The location was a bit odd, the signage was great but it was tucked back behind other buildings & businesses - made us question if we were going the right way.

Undergoing renovations, amenities closed for example weight room area. Poor wifi signal & tv kept going off & no regular channels available only Live with repetitive news.

I loved that the food service hours were 6-10 daily and the cookies in the evenings. Many places aren't even serving by the time I'm ready to leave. Good variety of foods and beverages to choose from.

Danish or muffins would have been good addition to breakfast. An extra blanket in the room would have been nice. I didn't think to ask at the desk.

The coffee was good. Could use stevia for customers with diabetes. It's the most common sweetener for us. Great customer service!! Front desk and others were friendly. Overall nice visit.

I think the only thing I didn't like was other guests being really loud early in the morning, 1am-ish. After calling the front desk, someone came up and took care of it right away. That could be looked as a positive too.

Clean, placed seemed new. My room was quite and the AC worked great and was not too loud for sleeping. The breakfast was amazing. I also love that they don't charge for pets.

The bed was a little hard for me and the location was a little too far out of town, but that didn't bother me much.

I love the beds, the pillows, and the cleanliness, as well as the location to the shops, restaurants, and the Chipman Bike Path. The breakfast is standard hotel food, but the staff is always friendly and helpful.

The bed was great. The room was spacious and well appointed. However, the lamps were pretty dim and it was too dark to be able to read easily.

everything about the place was fine except for the breakfast. I understand that with COVID restrictions you were probably doing the best you could, but the breakfast sandwich was less than it could be. Yuk !!! Not too inspiring. Drier than a popcorn phart.

Location, easy to get to, close to restaurants, stores, quiet,very clean, friendly staff, breakfast selection was nice each day

I was fine with everything.

Staff is wonderful, our son is at WSU and this is our favorite place to stay when visiting.

We kinda chuckle about this. The bed pillows are tiny. Have learned to bring our own.
