Everything, but most importantly the staff were friendly and accommodating. It started at check-in, continued with house keeping, and wrapped with a bow for our check out breakfast. Everyone went above and beyond to make us happy. Breakfast on our final day started about the time we needed to leave for our flight. We didn’t have time to sit down and eat, so I asked if there were any takeout boxes. Instead of saying no, the staff looked around and found something for us. Very impressive.

The hotel was so clean! Breakfast was perfect for us and our toddler. We had the room with a couch since our stay was longer and it really made a difference, the room was so spacious. Every single staff member said hello and was kind. The food at the bar at night was also very good. Would highly recommend staying here, we will be back! PERFECT LOCATION if you’re in the area in hopes to move/relocate out to Idaho, easy access to everything you need to see.

The breakfast was fantastic, the room setup was perfect for everything I needed for my stay. Having a Starbucks and a small bar with food options on-site was extremely convenient. The front desk staff were helpful, friendly, and efficient!

The hotel is very new and is still working through some issues with the elevators, etc. The rooms have a very strong new construction smell with no way to vent them. I had a slight headache the entire stay. There was also still a lot of construction "remnants" in the room, such as glue in the sink, and plaster in the shower and splattered on the walls. These things will be resolved with time.

Your hotel was fantastic! We found it to be very Clean, comfortable, and well designed. Loved the layout of the rooms. Appreciated that you had a nice lounge inside the hotel, it was in a great location, easy access to freeway. Wonderful well stocked breakfast, with good choices, and nice clean eating area. clean quiet room. good coffee, beautiful bathroom. Our son was in transition from his apartment, so we had to park a U-Haul and car trailer overnight in your clean, safe parking lot. We are most grateful to have the space and get a decent night's sleep before leaving.

HVAC is a bit loud. Had to adjust controls to turn it completely off to reduce noise.

This Hyatt place is singularly the most beautiful tastefully styled hotel I have ever been in. The modern aesthetic and choice of fabrics, furniture and materials is amazing. The breakfast offerings were delicious and varied and served in elegant Creuset casseroles. The breakfast room was comfortable and easy to navigate.

Breakfast was fine; the staff person during the week was outstanding. Alway keeping things clean and food refilled. The weekend staff were not as good. Housekeeping was outstanding

Very friendly staff! Went beyond their expectations with customer service! Hotel extremely clean! They cater to all your needs! All I can say is I would highly recommend this hotel and I will always stay here for business and vacation! The location was awesome nice area!

There wasn’t anything that I did not like. But perhaps you could have more overhead protection went at the pool. Pergola or more umbrellas. It’s pretty hot during summer .

The staff was so friendly. The maintenance was superb when he fixed the cable signal on the tv.

Large families letting their kids run all over the place, There was one family that had their kids in the hallway on the 4th floor Saturday morning, making a great deal of noise.
