Price was reasonable, the staff were always friendly and accommodating, even with our midnight check in!

The back doors never locked, even if you pulled the door closed completely. The lack of an elevator made it difficult to haul bags up and down the stairs. My biggest issue was coming in our last evening and our keys didn't work, even after reprogramming them and then trying new cards, the night manager had to escort us to our room and unlock it for us. Also, the bedroom window had no screen on it, and the window frame was busted/window didn't fully close. Fortunately it was the beginning of July and the a/c worked.

Convenient. Right off I-90. Gas station, restaurant, mini mall within walking distance. I always enjoy Red Lion. Was in Spokane area for State AAU basketball tournament and it was super convenient. Love the area. Room was as expected. Parking was not an issue. Price was great.

The few things that were a negative for me were the front desk guy. I pushed the service bell twice. Stood at the front desk almost five minutes. Upon walking out of the back room after his conversation was finished. There was literally no personality. Never said Hi, never said enjoy your stay, here is the WiFi, continental breakfast is served this time, dont mind the dog barking in the next room...Yada Yada Yada. All he said was, your room is downstairs down the hall. I will always remember his baseball hat. Not professiona. In my opinion. Maybe it was the weather that day.

Extremely friendly and helpful front desk staff! Room was clean and quiet, location of motel is extremely convenient and close to gas stations and food.

Room did not have microwave- no huge deal and I understand they get stolen on a regular basis.. our modern world huh?

It was great. Hot coffee all day, early morning. The breakfast was excellent, juice and milk provided.

Noise next door, upstairs. Barking dogs! Woke at 4:30 am to someone dropping something above me. Windows leak air really bad, had to keep them closed most of the day.

Amazing for the price

Staff seems...unwelcoming.... seems more like a family business that doesn't really care for visitors.. which seems odd for a hotel. Was uncomfortable and awkward when going outside to smoke as the staff/ regulars would always stare and give questioning looks like as to wonder why you're even existing. Definitely has a clique type feel.

Bed was great and room was slightly big, night staff very nice and professional.

Breakfast was alright, just a continental but it’s something than nothing. Also the selection for channels on tv is horrible. Can’t get any local channels, only stations that have old sitcoms from the 70s and 80s.

Clean, comfy, and seemed safe. Good value for this area.

At times, I could hear noise from other rooms. I could also smell food from other rooms. I wish the shower would get hotter.

Wife/proprietor was extremely nice and cordial. Her husband was a "stick in the mud ", has no personality and I think his face would crack if he attempted to smile . Both from India with two small kids on site.

Staff was friendly ! Easy check in ! Very clean ! I am female and concerned traveling alone !! they accommodated me as far as room and safety !! I would visit again !!

Everything was perfect for the price !!

I had mention in my notes that my travel companion had a hard time walking. We’re first assigned a room upstairs. 😩 We should have been assigned a handicap unit.
