The staff is happy and friendly and helpful. Each side of the bed has plug ins. The breakfast has plant based options and the orange juice is good quality (Lots of hotels have poor quality orange juice.) Super clean place and the location is safe.

The two mirrors in the bedroom were so poorly lit that I couldn't put make up on while my husband was shaving in the bathroom.

Everything was great. Really good breakfast, with warm choices. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Front desk ladies were very welcoming and kind, and loved our pup Yukon! Pool was very good for a swim after a day hiking.

Jacuzzi didn’t work very well (had only one water pressure working). Understand pet policies in rooms, but would be very nice to have a cleaning while staying there, thank you.

This is where we choose to stay when we are in town visiting family. We have always been happy with the rooms which are spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is great and the staff are cheerful and helpful.

We have had no complaints with this property and will continue to book here when in Spokane Valley.

The property was clean, the breakfast very good and the property was close to the medical office we needed to go to. It’s also close to restaurants and shopping. Win Win.

I made the mistake of thinking I was booking either the hotel but it was a 3rd party called getaroom .com. The hotel helped as much as they could to get my money back. I’ll go through Booking.com as usual next time.

We have traveled across the USA and my husband is very picky! He was adamant about telling me how great he felt this property was in comparison to many we've stayed in....particularly the cleanliness and pillows!

Nothing. All was great. We arrived late so were not able to really interact with the front desk or other employees. It was quiet, clean, larger than usual room. Definitely would stay here again.

The staff. They are amazing. Constantly checking in our stay and if there's something they can take care of for us. I've tried other hotels in the Spokane area and the Hampton Suites wins every time.

The breakfast could have varied a little more from day to day. The elevator system is slow to react. The other guests.

I feel that the Gluten free, dairy free, vegan breakfast options could be better for sure, but sad fruits and hash browns are better than nothing for sure. My granddaughter who is still eating that sort of stuff really enjoyed her chocolate waffles and sausage

I loved how clean and cozy the room was! The staff was very welcoming and very attentive, shoutout to Larissa for being so sweet and helpful! Especially the 24/7 service was a big plus. My stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Spokane Valley was overall 10/10 & highly recommend this property for your stay in spokane!

The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable

There was a group across the hall and one door down from our room. It appeared to be a convention or something similar and every time they opened the door their music was VERY loud. The people were friendly but it was very loud.

The place was clean. The afternoon desk clerk was really nice and helpful We stayed at the Hampton on the west end of town a week before. It was equally good.

The chicken sausage was mushy and awful at breakfast.
