Dog friendly rooms and convenient breakfast.

Air conditioning didn't work. Fridge/freezer wasn't even cold enough to chill water bottles let alone freeze our ice packs. We were only there one night so not a big deal. If we were there longer, it would have been a bummer. The main thing we didn't like is the way booking.com handled our reservation. Hopefully this survey will be seen by them. Through booking.com, we supposedly reserved and paid for a dog-friendly room. However, when we got to the hotel, they had no idea we needed a dog friendly room and barely got us in. Plus, they charged us $40 extra for dogs, which came as a surprise, b/c booking.com made no mention of it when I made the reservation.

Very clean, staff was pleasant, breakfast was more than sufficient w/ eggs and bacon and waffle irons as well. Beds were VERY comfy, more than enough parking, smelled fresh. Nice bonus was the lemon water in lobby and afternoon cookies. Very satisfied w/ stay. Swimming pool was clean, plenty of towels. I will def return and recommend.

I thought it would be closer to downtown but about 15 min away, not a big deal.

It was easy to check in, very clean, spacious, quiet except for the ice machine outside in the hall, but not disruptive at all. The staff were very helpful and efficient. The bed was a tad soft for me, but not unrestful. It was a lovely stay. Would recommend to all.

The bed was a tad soft for my liking, but it was clean and restful! The sheets were quality and overall, I can't find much I didn't like. One thing of note was a towel rack that was loose. Appeared to have not been anchored correctly and just into the drywall.

Our room was beautiful and spacious. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I've had! Delicious biscuits! Special shout out for Terry the dining room hostess... she was helpful in every way, wiping tables, refilling coffee... all with a smile! The pool and hot tub was great. The kids enjoyed. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

The curtains didn't close tightly, we had to use a hair clip to keep out the light from the adjacent sign.

The beds were actually really comfortable. Hot Breakfast had a great variety for a family with children. The pet relief area is small but adequate for those traveling with a pet.

The sheets looked a bit worn and in need of a better cleaning. We got to breakfast a little late because we had 5 exhausted kids who just finished a 9 hour drive. While we were in the middle of making our breakfast the first day, the lady started unplugging the waffle maker and removing things while we were still making our plates. She could have waited till we were done making our food. Other than that, the stay was great!

location, availability,plenty of parking, breakfast, pool and hot tub, laundry facilities, very close to a verity of dining and grocery stores and gas stations. the staff members were exceptional. our room was very accommodating and spacious for our needs. easy access to I 95 heading towards Silverwood.

we really enjoyed our stay but if I could suggest that there were a few areas that needed attention. replacement of sleeper sofa( which management is replacing ) also the toilet was loose at the base of the flooring. It would have been nice to have a soap dispenser in the kitchen area.

The room was beyond clean and comfortable and was huge, Definitely a wonderful landing spot after a day of traveling. If you're in town for a while, you probably couldn't find a better place to stay for the money. Breakfast included many different options and should meet the expectations of just about everyone.

staff was very friendly and helpful.the location was great. very easy to find off the interstate and very easy to get into downtown also if you like the motels breakfast then there is a Cracker Barrel half a mile away. room was clean and felt like a good room. would stay here again when we come back.

we got there a little after 4pm (which is the check in time) I was able to check in but the room hadn’t been cleaned yet. not a big inconvenience and I understand with being understaffed and all. the other thing was that our room was next to a side entrance and most of the night when people would go in and out the door would slam shut and bounce a few times. not any of the staffs fault just bad luck of the draw for us. I want to restate that our stay was good and the two complaints I had are not that big of issues I would definitely stay here again

It was pretty good for a quick stay, it was clean and had enough space for our family. Met our needs but wouldn't stay again.

There were never towels at the pool, old and creepy elevator and an odd layout for the back part of the property. My son and I used some sanitizer that was on the wall by a door and as soon as it dried it smelled like rotten fish. That was, for some reason, the thing that stands out the most about our stay even though it's pretty insignificant.

The room was very large, 500 square feet, and clean. The breakfast was amazingly tasty for hotel breakfast food. Everyone was pleasant and helpful.

The rear door to the hotel, which was supposed to be locked and controlled by a room key, was broken and allowed anyone access to the hotel. We did report the issue to hotel staff.
