Wallace Inn

We have started staying here about 2 times a year as we drive through. It's a cozy place, really basic. I remember staying here as a kid myself. It's comfortable, clean and never loud from my experience. I feel safe and always sleep fairly well. Our kiddo loves the pool, husband likes the saunas. I like the restaurant for early morning breakfast and the staff is always helpful. Also, I really appreciate the lighted parking lots. That's extremely helpful when traveling.

Sometimes, the saunas are down and not the cleanest. I wish there was an elevator, but I know that's impossible. Not much I don't like.

Wallace Inn is the best place in town! Just do it. A very well run facility. We love the steam room and the pool, and look forward to the sauna repair (parts have been hard to get over the last couple of years, it is not the fault of management). This is the perfect place to stay for your ski vacation. Wallace is an intriguing town with a lot of history, nestled in the mountains, a sister city to all the mining towns of the Americas. The ghosts of Wallace don't live at this hotel but they still have a story to tell here.

The front Desk Lady Janet was amazing. she was so helpful throughout our stay and recommended a great pizza place to deliver our dinner. the pool area was so relaxing and well kept up. The hotel was near a gas station and several different restaurants within walking distance. clean and comfortable rooms and great staff!

There was only one front desk worker the entire stay and she was running in every direction to help people and take phone calls. it was very busy and I felt horrible for her. she was kind and smiled the whole time and never complained but did her job with excellence.

Nice location and pool. We enjoyed the short walk into town for dinner. Note: the hotel restaurant only was open for breakfast.

The WiFi was really bad, actually, so bad that it didn't really work and we were in a room close to the lobby. This would be important to fix because my Verizon cell signal wasn't that strong. We had a beautiful summer night and I wish there were some outdoor chairs or benches to sit on. Even a couple near the front door would be nice. The pool doors were open to a nice lawn area but again no outdoor chairs to enjoy it.

The room was clean & comfortable but if your lucky you will have Savannah at the front desk she will do what she can to make your stay the best. The restaurant next door has good food at a good price. I know it is a small town and most people at very nice but the staff here are great & will greet you every time you walk in the door. I'm Happy to recommended The Wallace Inn & Savannah at the front desk Five star service in a three star town.

Easy location to find Room was good Nice to have a restaurant attached to the hotel unfortunately it was only open for breakfast

Wish there was an elevator as I had recently injured my knee and we were traveling for 2 weeks so we had a number of bags that needed to be brought in especially since its as so hot. Wish the front desk would have mentioned the town was currently celebrating Huckleberry Days as we probably would have gone into to town sooner than we did to enjoy the festivities

I loved almost everything about this hotel, and this was my third visitation. It had clean and comfortable rooms, a great location, a friendly staff, and a great spa, steam room and pool.

I was very disappointed that the sauna wasn't working. Please fix it! One of the reasons people love your motel is because of your hot tub, sauna, and steam room. You need to make sure that they are all working. Aside from that, I loved your motel!

Excellent front desk. The whole place had a relaxing atmosphere and it was the most quiet room I'de had out of the 5 hotel stays this month . Cleaning staff were super sweet and accommodating.

Bathroom could definitely use an upgrade and had the smell of cleaning products trying to cover other odors. Bath floor I know had been cleaned but didn't look it.

We stayed here for a night as we headed to Montana and it was a nice place! We didn't use the pool but it seemed clean. Bed was comfortable and the location is easy to find. It's just outside of the historic downtown area but the town is pretty small so it's not a big deal. There is a restaurant attached and the food was pretty tasty. The front desk staff people were both incredibly friendly too!

No elevator but it's only 2 stories tall so not a big deal.

Breakfast was not included, but there was a cafe next door to get breakfast. The location was great and you could walk to downtown. The staff was fabulous and I would stay there again just because of that. They all went out of their way to make our stay great. I would recommend this place.

Our room was quite noisy as it was next to the ice machine. The pool and jacuzzi were out of service.
