Nice complex overall with a lot of activity, the apartment was large, clean, and well-equipped if but a tad banged-up from use. Would be very good for a family stay of several nights or more (we were only there for about 14 hours). Owner was very quick and pleasantly responsive with emails and texts to give us the info needed for checking in, getting the key, and accessing the room - as this is a privately-owned apartment unit that is not managed by a hotel front desk.

Air conditioning unit was located behind a large metal wall plate and about 2 feet from the head of the bed in the master - rattled and spun and kept us awake all night. Did not want to turn it off and open the window because people were having family s'mores fires and whatnot in the courtyards below. Just essentially a bad design and position, but a terrible night's sleep is a terrible night's sleep in any case, and made the next day's 6 hours on the road a little rough.

Privately owned unit in a resort so check in was via emails and a lockbox. The communication was a bit delayed and overlapping between the owner via booking.com and there was a requirement to send a pic of the key cards being returned to the lockbox at checkout or a $100 charge would result. It took a while before a link was sent so I could email the owner the pics so time wasted digging through all the emails before a link popped up the day of checkout. Also mention of $100 charge for pet deposit when there were no pets. I emailed there were no pets but a day after checkout before the owner acknowledged that it is there in case. I don't like doing business on assumptions. Need clearer communication at checkin not after checkout with layered booking.com handling of rental.

The condo was immaculate and had all the amenities described. It exceeded our expectations in the following ways: 1. The hide-a-bed (which was there in addition to the king sized bed) had a gel foam mattress that was extremely comfortable. I could not tell I was sleeping on a hide-a-bed. 2. The facility houses a water park, the longest gondola ride in the USA (amazing ride and views), storage for bikes, hot tubs, and a variety of restaurants. We could have made a whole vacation just staying at the condo. 3. The host had lots of great extras like a DVD player, board games, microwave popcorn, and a S'mores kit. Wow! 4. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash were all provided.

Absolutely no complaints here. Everything was fantastic!

I own a vacation rental cleaning business in Nevada so I usually catch things here and there that the host might miss or leave to check. However, in this case the rooms were perfect. Condo was very clean with attention to detail. The bedrooms were supplied with extra blankets as well as linens which is always a plus. A great all around experience of which I would rate the Check-In, cleanliness, supplies and organization a 10 out of 10. I will definitely book again in the future.

Nothing, everything was perfect!

Everything, the place was clean upon arrival. Check in was easy there was pics sent to me to obtain the key cards which was really convenient since I didn’t need to check in at a desk or lobby. The room was a really good size, a nice size kitchen as well. And there was also a complimentary s’mores package which I really appreciated. The area in general had a coffee shop downstairs and some other restaurants and stores so it was really convenient.

Easy access, secure parking, Full dish set up and Kurig coffee. Food options on site. Recommend the pizza place. Great communicating host. Will stay again.

I didn't know there was a process to get in, since it's not a normal check in. My fault. But the front desk was great, told me to check for a message from the host. After that I found the confirmation and directions for check in. After that it was fluid. Everything else was great.

I loved it. Such a cute little stay. It felt warm and welcoming... Boys enjoyed their quarters very much. I think if I had anything that could be better would be a softer bench in the balcony... However I still thought about sleeping out there with how peaceful it was... And even a little bit softer bed... But I did a to. Of activities that day and I don't think anything could have been soft enough. Lol truelly enjoyed our stay.

Condo was well appointed. Roof top hot tub was a bonus.

Room was double advertised price (cleaning fee, taxes.) Thorough directions to access room, but a few hiccups opening and closing the lock box. Full payment was deducted before arrival date. Vendor name did not match Morning Star Lodge and vendor name was not indicated on Booking.com or Gmail communication. I thought a fraudulent charge.

We loved the HUGE room, with spiral staircase and views of the waterpark. The kids slept upstairs (2 beds up there, a twin and a king I believe) and us parents had our own room downstairs in addition to a large living room/kitchen area. We look forward to visiting again! There was a closet stocked with fun games and cute lodge decor.

Room was was nice. Kitchen was spacious. Bathroom was big plenty of towels and in the shower they have the pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

A little dusty and I needed to have instructions to use the tv which I could not use. The light switches were ridiculous as to which went to what.
