We really loved the location. The staff went above and beyond to serve our every need. They were very friendly and polite and always had a smile for us when we walked in the door. The meals were wonderful and the kitchen staff was friendly and hard at work every minute we were there.

Absolutely nothing, and my 83 year old Mother is hard to please. She had only positive comments regarding the property. We plan to stay with you every time we are in town.(Too bad more discounts weren't offered).

Nice, clean and newly renovated room. The shower could have used some attention as it had low water pressure and was kind of dingy/ dirty looking. The on site staff was great, the phone in reservations staff was not good to deal with.

DO NOT go to the restaurant next door called “Eric’s Too”… it was beyond terrible in both the service and the food. The staff was smoking meth and weed while standing next to a slot machine in the facility.

The location was great. The breakfast was hot and very good. The value was good.

Although the room was pretty clean the entire floor was sticky. The cleaning crew had no mop to clean the floor. when I spoke with the front desk I was told that if the cleaning crew used too much cleaning product on the floor it would cause the floor to be sticky. I used a damp face cloth and a towel to wash and dry the floor

This hotel is located in a perfect location as it is right off the interstate and in the same area as many restaurants just down the street from this hotel. There is even a movie theater right in this area! Then further down the road (but not too far) is a Wal-Mart and a couple gas stations. My room was clean and cozy, quiet, and the staff was great! So friendly and helpful! I will definitely be coming back!

Breakfast was good but there was no coffee. Loved the flooring ..nicer than carpet in most places p!us I'm sure itll be easier to keep clean.

no coffee for breakfast. No alarm clock on nightstand. just use to seeing one on nightstand. The cabinet where fridge and microwave were in should have the door moved to opposite side of cabinet so it opens towards window instead of towards tv. It was little bit awkward.

We were in a room where the street lights were very annoying. The sheer curtains were not heavy enough to block out the light and the curtains were not made to close.

breakfast was good but no bacon or sausage served. I heard the lady say they were out of many things and the boss didnt order this week.

room - no mirror outside the bathroom and the lighting was terrible! also bigger trash cans are needed.

Staff was very friendly during check-in and check-out. The room price was fair and fit within my travel budget. I was only in the area for a night, and I would definitely book again if I needed a brief stay.

No suggestions for improvement. My expectations were met and I had no complaints. Overall, this was a great stay!

The staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was also delicious. My son was excited to make his own waffles, and I was able to eat safely as well (Celiac and peanut allergy). I had hardboiled eggs, yogurt, and an apple.

They are in the middle of a remodel, so there were slight inconveniences but nothing major.
