Quality Inn & Suites Bloomington I-55 and I-74

It was located right by the event we were at so it was perfect if you need a hotel for Bloomington's Tailgate N Tallboys 4 next year!!! Has taco bell KFC and Popeyes right across the street.

They had orange juice I have low blood sugar, and we had got there it was right there, obviously breakfast was at 6-9am and it was 250pm we were checking in and I asked nicely I understand it's not for just drinking but the guy was super rude at the front desk about the orange juice, I just ended up getting Reese's out of the venting machine but lucky I didn't pass out from my low blood sugar!

A lovely lady checked us is , she was fantastic Bed is comfortable and the room was clean . .

Such old and worn rooms ( carpet , doors , windows) and update would really help !! Some dead bugs near the door in the room I was just glad they were dead but it did make us worry there could be more ! Definitely overpriced for the quality of the furniture and rooms

Very close to arena. Bfast was.. ok. Not great, not the worst. Beds are a bit small. Fine for one person, 2 adults who don't move a lot or 2 kids. It's dated but clean. Pool was small but would be fine for kids. Lots of gas stations and fast food nearby. Sit down restaurants are a few minute drive. I accidently booked a smoking room and I didn't even notice a smoke smell.

Dated. Needs some serious upkeep/updates.

The staff was excellent!!! Well kept atmosphere!!

No hot tub or sauna!! Had a pool though!! I had to pay $20 for a late checkout time!!

Breakfast was sub par. Orange juice very watered down and muffins too dry to eat.

Ability to cancel reservations in an emergency, my father was admitted to hospital day before my arrival date and i wasn't allowed to cancel.

The bed was shockingly comfortable for a small hotel. The sheets were high quality that I didn’t expect. The staff were very welcoming and pleasant. With covid many small hotels have done away with breakfast but they had nice little to go bags. Lastly, as soon as I made our reservation thru booking.com, I got an email asking fir any special requests. They did a nice job.

We must have gotten a room less often used. We had a couple spiders visit and a broken coffee pot.

The pool was open and functioning. It was heated but it felt cool.

The bathroom was a little small. You had to stand between the toilet and the sink to close the door.

I know the breakfast was complimentary but I do think it could have been a little better. I better breakfast would have been an excellent rating.

Room was clean with comfortable beds, easy on and off highway, staff was super nice! Will stay there again as I travel through Bloomington often and even had a swim in the pool!

Clean and the beds were comfortable.

Breakfast was cut off right at 10 and you could not even get water or ice.
