Comfort Inn & Suites East Moline near I-80

Room and bed was comfortable. It was convenient to our needs.

The breakfast was a disappointment. It was not replenished and still an hour before supposed to close. The 2nd day was worse. Coffee in both containers was barely warm. Huge disappointment. Not enough employees. It seemed those who were there had to do many jobs causing them to leave their stations. Employees were polite but it seemed they were frustrated trying to do everything. No complaints about them at all. It’s management not providing better help.

I had a small birthday party for my teen son with 5 of his friends. The fact that they weren’t in the middle of downtown meant it wasn’t packed so the boys got to enjoy the pool and weight room to themselves. It was clean and the price was great! I’m glad I chose this location instead of the more popular hotels

There’s no hot tub. And continental breakfast was just a grab bag with water, granola bar and muffin.

The Hotel Looked Like It Had Redone On The Inside. everything looked very nice like the pictures. The spa bath was absolutely amazing! definitely worth the price!

The only thing I didn't like was that we did have to run the spa bath and then drain it before we could use it since it was a little bit dirty. I'm assuming the room just hadn't been booked for a while so it wasn't a big deal.

Once i realized concrete halls with huge rugs were stylish i felt better. Happy you repurposed the building. The bathroom was quite well appointed! (I would have two large towels per person in the bathroom)

Brown spot in the middle of our carpet. Did not make me think of coffee. It should have been shampooed before the room was rented.the tissue holder in bathroom had two tissues and then was empty. No spare on the shelf. Having the bikes to let was a great idea!

Everything was excellent.though I never saw the breakfast.What time do you serve break fast? May be you can try putting measures in place to ensure that the guests who leave earlier than 6am get something to keep them going,especially those staying for more than a day.

The water.It had a distant diesel smell.When brushing my teeth,I didn't like it. How about if you put a bottle or two of water in the rooms and include it in the bill?

The breakfast was excellent. A very good variety and quality.

Keeping people from setting up lawn chairs and coolers in the parking lot in the handicap parking spaces. My son uses a wheelchair and we had to park farther away because the spaces were blocked

We didn't do breakfast, but they had breakfast bags sitting out! :) Loved the giant bathtub in the room and in the bathroom too! The room itself was huge and the bed was super comfortable! The staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you!

The shower needed a bit better of attention to detail cleaning and the bathroom sink. Both of the shower wall and the bathroom sink had men's hair in them. Since both places were white, it was quite obvious that the black hairs stood out. Not a big deal, since you can wash the areas of with water. Both areas were clearly cleaned, just unfortunately a few got left behind. The room smelled a bit funny/off? But I am sure that is just from the disinfectant products used for cleaning. I picked up a room freshener at Walmart and it was fine.

Comfy bed, clean room.

Breakfast was a bit meager. But really enjoyed the coffee. Was “real”coffee, not typical watered down version that you find at hotels.

Breakfast was excellent. Many choices, the attendant was on the ball refilling and keeping everything fresh and clean.

Full house with lots of teams. Guests being noisy in hallway is NOT the fault of the hotel.

Good breakfast, fast check in, tucked away, good parking.

The room smelled musty when we arrived. We just sprayed some spray it helped. No fridge.
