there was no microwave available but in reservation it shows refrigerator and microwave available but not I have 5 months baby with me . i want to reception I told them there was no microwave she your reservation was third party it’s shows wrong pictures you need to cancel reservation start with new with hyatt house per night will charge $290/- I said no sorry I got so much problem because I need to warm milk for my 5 months baby.

It was right by the river would of lingo of had a river view but didn’t request it. Very clean and nice! Breakfast was amazing at hot. Great food since Covid is over!

I paid in cash and it took awhile for them to figure out my receipt and it was on my child’s card the next day and for the next week! She had to call bank to stop payment. The counter person didn’t know the computer system well enough!

Breakfast was good and service was good for table cleaning,location was great

TV kept disconnecting from Direct TV so had to unplug and reset every day. No one told me at checkin that there was no room(maid) service unless I asked. I had to grab fresh towels on my own every few days.

I thought the rooms and the hotel staff were very much satisfactory. I would say that the River Room is probably the best part of this hotel. It was where I got to spend quality time with family over some quality wings, drinks and a great view of the river. If you're looking for coffee nearby, Milltown Coffee is the place to go.

EVERYTHING!! I would rate it a 10++++ ! The staff was super. The breakfast was excellent and the room was superb! We were there over the Thanksgiving holiday, when hotels are VERY busy, and this hotel really had it together ! Kudos to all 👍😉

The breakfast was wonderful. I do wish they had waffles for my kids. My room was very nice and clean. The staff were very friendly and nice and helpful.

A waffle maker at breakfast. Other than that there isn’t anything I can that is bad about my stay there.

The breakfast was a good selection and tasty. There was a juice machine and coffee. The pastries were fresh and the eggs and sides were always hot. Great breakfast selections.

the hotel was new, cheerful, breakfast was phenomenal and the mattresses were beyond our expectations!

Garbage was in the hallway, but staff picked it up right away. The television didn’t work, but we worked around it and lastly, there was a couple with a dog staying next to us who kept barking. I went downstairs to talk to them about moving rooms, but no one was at the front desk.

The bed was my favorite it was so comfortable I slept amazing! Usually beds in hotels are not comfortable but my king size bed I had in the room was the best I've slept on.
