Be ready. The over all interior theme..Love it! Uncertain if the hot tub in the pool area had a waterfall at one time, but the rock detail...we really liked it. The staff were on point, the smell of the hotel per my other half is the same (family reunions for 13 years) and for my first time, out of all of my travels the best smelling. One of my preferred hotels has been The Union Station is St. Louis (I am a bit picky) So that speaks well. Over all presentation exceeded what I had hoped. The breakfast had a decent selection. Excellent choice in soaps available for our room. Ooh and the accent of pics on the elevator. Very nice. 😁 We do indeed intend to return! 🥰

Maybe a few larger options for pool towels? And perhaps maybe not have the fire alarm right next to the bathroom? My child did not use the fan and as soon as he came out apparently the fire alarm went off. Very embarassing! However, glad to have working safety equipment.

The room was beautiful.. comfortable bed. beautiful view. The couch was even comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Loved the location so close to good food and walking distance to the convenience store.

Very loud and rambunctious children were a room right below us running around playing music loud till after 11. So loud I thought it was above us till I saw the strobe lights. Pool taken up all day by loud children. Feel they should extend adult only swim a little more than just 10-11. Not hotels fault just sucks when it was a no kid weekend for me and my husband for our anniversary. Understand they were under renovations, but the whole floor was soaked in the ice machine room from the leak. They could have done something besides let it spread from the initial drop spot.

Facilities were beautiful.

Our last night we asked for a few towels and the lady at the desk was rude about the request. The morning we left the housekeeper on duty was getting off the elevator and talking on her cell phone, she stated to whomever she was talking to that "there's people in my way using the service elevator" meaning my family and I. The elevator was not marked as such and even so she did not need to make comments about it.

Breakfast on the first days was powdered eggs, no sausage or bacon, and frozen milk in the carton. The second day it was eggs, sausage, french toast, a much better breakfast than the day before. Both days had sausage gravy and biscuits.

The patio outside the entrance had only one side that had lights that worked. We were told a lightning strike took out the wiring on the side that didn't work. Why wouldn't that be fixed?

Our room bathroom was not very clean (smelled like urine)and the lighting was horrible. Too dim. The pool and hot tub had too much chlorine in it. It was burning our eyes before we even went into the water. The complimentary breakfast was out of everything! And we even went down early. They tried to refill it but could not keep up with their guests.

I love the ambiance of this hotel, The staff is super friendly The rooms are always clean and comfortable. I have stayed at this location multiple times over the past few months and will continue to stay here when I'm in the area if there is room available. If you're reading this review and others I'm sure you will see more of mine simply because I truly do enjoy this property You will not be sorry that you stayed here.

The only thing negative I would ever have to say about this place isn't even really the hotels fault it is the parents of the children that go and play in the splash fountain across the street and then come inside the hotel running around screaming like heathens. That is the only negative thing I've ever experienced so far

They offered hot eggs and meats as part of continental breakfast. Despite the construction area in the common area, the hotel and rooms were clean and staff friendly and helpful when needed. Very quiet.

They were STILL in construction for a water leak that happened during Christmas in their common/breakfast area. So, breakfast was in conference room and not maintained well. There was not an easy way to enjoy the river views on the property because of the construction areas and their hot tub was also out of order. Time away to relax was made a little more stressful because of this construction. They didn’t advise of this issue prior to our arrival so we could choose to book elsewhere if we didn’t want that hassle.

We like the atmosphere of the hotel. The pool was nice. The breakfast was good but should have been open longer since most of us had been at the concert next door until after 11:00.

The beds seemed small. The pillows were small and hard. The bar closed at 11:00 and that was when the concert was getting over. I think you lost a lot of money by not staying open late that night.

Very spacious suites. Comfy bed. Spa bath, plenty of room for 2. Hotel right off highway, easy to get on and off. Very accommodating

I wish the pool would stay open for adults at night. Even if it stayed open till like 2 or 3. Then open as usual at 6am. We worked nights so missed alot of swim time. Slept during day.

Same breakfast every day I would add a waffle maker! Pancake maker was great, but ran out to quickly! Need some signs for shirtless Bears to put a shirt on and to wear coverups for swimwear in eating area!
