the staff was very pleasant and helpful! the restaurant was very nice and the food and staff were spot on. Steven was a very awesome staff member that not only checked us in early even though he was busy helping out for a large lunch group. He also checked in and made dinner reservations for us! very pleased with the service!

there seems to be a lot of “over the ages” damage that has been let go from water soaked ceiling tiles in the men’s room to the over esthetics of the walls and doors. The tape on the doers to show it was cleaned was a great idea but has left a bad residue on all the doors in multiple places.

Nice, clean, and comfortable room. My boyfriend and I like to get rooms with a whirlpool tub, and this was a very nice amenity. Location was just off of the interstate and close to lots of restaurants/stores.

I don't think I've ever seen a bathroom, either in a hotel or a private home, that didn't have a fan in the ceiling; this was very strange, and not so great for a middle-aged woman who needs to have shower steam removed from the bathroom so she's not sweating while putting on makeup! Also, the water pressure in the shower wasn't great.

It was close off the highway! Front desk people were polite and efficient!

Bathrooms were not so great. Not tall toliets for a handicap room, caulking around shower area very poor. Killed 3 creepy crawlers in bathroom at night.

I booked same day/last minute on Booking.com for a King room and only an accessible room was available. I took it and in general it was fine. It was more generously sized than a normal room, which was nice considering it's meant to accommodate people in wheelchairs and other mobility devices. The shower had a folding bench installed in it. And that's where I was little put off. It's a padded bench with some sort of vinyl fabric on it. The top side looked clean, but the underside looked like it had mildew in the gathers of the fabric. It needs a more thorough cleaning and disinfecting.

nice size rooms, seemed fairly clean, and had nice amenities available on location. (Pool, Spa, Exercise Room, Bar, and Restaurant).

not much wrong with the property itself, just would’ve rather not stayed the same night as a wedding reception.

The location is great because we ate at Firefly and Cracker Barrel. We love that it has a bar and restaurant. We REALLY loved that it is connected to the event center, and we could just walk to the NYE party.

Needs benches out front. Everything was great.

The breakfast was pretty expensive and wasn’t as good as I had hoped for.

The bed was very comfortable and the room quite, great for the good night's sleep we needed. We asked for and were given a room that was near the front of the building, facing away from the nearby interstate highway. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was very good, worth the extra cost.

All was fine for our visit.

Checkin was nice and quick. The lobby was spacious and tastefully decorated. The room was spotlessly clean, good size, and had a refrigerator and a microwave. Their wi-fi worked stably. They offered free face masks, and there were hand sanitizers all over the hotel. I stayed there during a snow storm, and wanted to complement their efforts to keep parking area clear of snow - great job!

The only downside was that some people staying in the hotel didn't wear face masks in public places, but it seems like the hotel does everything to follow covid19 precautions.
