Room was very clean and spacious. Front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast bar was completely out of eggs, sausage, and biscuits when we went at 8:00 a.m. and the breakfast didn't shut down til 10. We had to wait 20 minutes to make a waffle due to there only being 1 waffle iron and a lady was making making more than 6 waffles for her family. There was only 1 staff member trying to keep up with the demand for all of the breakfast food. Maybe on the weekends, there needs to be more than just 1 person cooking and restocking the breakfast bar and possibly considering adding another 1 or 2 waffle irons. Otherwise, the stay was great. I tend to focus on the cleanliness of a facility, but if you're staying at a place for free breakfast, running out of food by 8am is uncalled for.

Clean facility, pleasant staff, reasonable price, convenient location. The night-light in the bathroom ceiling, the door-mounted mirror that facilitates close-up application of make-up & other tasks, & the excellent counter space around the sink, were all above the standards of other places we have stayed.

More bars for hanging towels to dry between use would be very helpful, as would soap dishes.

Clean, comfortable, roomy

Extremely poor lighting! Nearly impossible to get ready for our event. I also was very disappointed when I called the next day after check out to report an item I accidently left behind. I was told it couldn't be found, but this was a pair of expensive shoes which would certainly have been found during cleaning. Very disappointing.

Breakfast was good. Pool was great our first night but was not accessible the next morning. Lock was broken and staff could not open the pool. Bumber. Health Fitness center was closed down, too.

it was very clean and comfortable.

I had trouble checking in. I used booking.com and the hotel wasn’t punching in the correct codes to get payment. it was very late at night and I had to call booking.com to get it cleared up. it took about a half hour. I was exhausted and just wanted to sleep.

The property was clean and the staff were friendly. He desk check in gentleman even remembered me from the trip a few weeks prior.

The elevator was still broken but I was placed on the first floor and didn’t have to deal with any bulky luggage and stairs.

Went to breakfast at 7:40am and lots of things were gone. Couple of biscuits left which I tried on but it was kind of hard. Won’t prevent me from staying here again but just wanted to let ya know.

Hot tub was broken and not notified when booked. Only booked 2 days in advance. When asked after discovering it was broken said it has been broke for awhile. Booked because of hot tub since we had a long drive. Very disappointed.

Room was very clean, good location, very friendly staff. The breakfast room was very clean and had a good assortment of breakfast items. Really good coffee!! With all of the extras-different flavors of creamers. Bed was comfortable with lots of pillows.

The bathroom needed a vanity. The bathroom is spacious, and very modern BUT-there’s nowhere to set anything down while you put on makeup, brush your teeth, fix your hair etc except for a very small and narrow, slippery metal shelf on the wall. My husband said he will never come back to this hotel because of that issue. It was a hassle for me trying to get ready putting on makeup and had my flat iron plugged in and had to try to balance it on that little shelf while setting my makeup bag on the side of the bathtub.

Breakfast was nice. Room was nice. Pool was refreshing. Hot tub was fantastic.

Beds were too close to the wall. Not accessible for handicap person. Hide a bed came out too far for person to get to bathroom with a walk
